Create a new version of paste:

To do the method comfortably, you need to have at least 3 accounts, preferably 4 and best case scenario is when you do it with others. In this example, I'm using 3 accounts with 2 of them being in the same co-op.
Go on skyblockbz/manipulate and find an item which could be manipulated easily with a high post-buyout price. When picking an item, make sure there are some believable recipes with it (e.g. minions (kinda obvious now), talismans, item upgrades) and that the recipe requires a decent amount of items (anything over 7 will suffice). Example: Lily Pads can be manipulated for 50m potential risk and have a post-buyout price of 5.2m, there's a recipe for Healing Talisman which requires 144 lily pads making your potential profit per person over 700m
After you found an item, start buying it (but don't buyout yet) with 2 accounts by setting up buy orders for prices that have sell offers and have them sitting in an order which you will need for later. (example: there's 10k items for 15 coins and 60k for 20 coins, you setup a buy order for 70k items @ 20 coins each)
Open the "flip order" window on one of the accounts and input a price within the range of current minimum price -+50% max (example: paid 10 coins, current price 12 coins, you can relist for the minimum of 10 and maximum of 18) but don't submit it yet. This is our buffer order.
Finish buying out the item with the 2nd account and make 3rd account flip the item for a high price. When the offer is setup, the person with a buffer ready submits it. Now we have low and high orders ready.
2 accounts can focus on listing fake orders to make the manipulation less suspicious (1x item for +1 coin of the buffer order so they can't be bought out). You will need 7 of these orders with different prices. Meanwhile, the 3rd account pulls up another buffer order in case someone is trying to snipe the manipulation.
When the buffer, fake orders and high price offers are ready and everything looks good, 1 account can start going around asking people to craft them the desired item while the 2nd one is ready to cancel the buffer and 3rd constantly refreshes the item to see if someone listed a bunch of items for cheaper and buys them out.
As soon as a target is found, the buffer order should be canceled and another one should be ready for creation. If the target falls for it, you can still keep going by remaking the buffer (which you have pulled up) and fake orders after that.


Some tips:
Bazaar Flipper profile upgrade is necessary for most items
Having high enough purse to buy the items but low enough to not fall for a manipulation yourself is good
Make sure you know how much you want to get per person as finding someone with the right purse can be difficult
If item sell order is too high to achieve with a single buy order, raise the price of buy orders in 100% (x2) increments (example: desired item is 60 coins, buy order is 10. Do an order for 20, then 40, then you can buy the 60 coin items)
Account that goes around asking for the item craft should be below level 7 (no /bz access)
Leaving the "flip order" menu with a price typed in will create it, if you want to leave the menu without creating make sure there's no price specified (or the number is lower than initial price paid)
Preferably, a buffer order is higher than what you paid initially to make a profit in case someone is attempting to snipe/ruin it
Stash can be used as temporary storage of items if you're buying out a lot by flipping and cancelling the orders, to access the stash do /viewstash material
Buy orders can be used to get more buffer offers ready for flipping (setup a buy order, do /viewstash material and sell instantly from there)
Best places to go ask around for items are either high level player areas (Crimson Isles) or lowball paradise (Hub 1)
Listing fake orders should be done by 2 accounts as otherwise you will reach the 1 minute cooldown for placing orders
If you want to snipe orders/ruin manipulations, the easiest way is to buy their buffer out and relist it for higher. Many will just leave their orders in there for a bit though, so sniping isn't really worth it. When ruining you can also just have a low purse and instabuy the buffer/1x fake orders until the price is high. If they're inexperienced, they won't have a buffer ready in advance which ruins their manipulation


Full example of a bare-bones manipulation:

0) Lily Pads have 600k items with post-buyout price of 10m per and 60k listed past that price. Account1 and Account2 are in same coop, Account3 is on a different profile.
1) You determine an item that can be crafted with them. In this example, Healing Talisman will be used (144x Lily Pads)
2) 3 accounts start buying out the item with coop buying out the most. Example: Account1 and Account2 buy 470k, Account3 buys 70k.
3) Before the entire market is bought out, one of the accounts opens the "flip order" menu and inputs a price matching or up to 50% higher than current offer without submitting it. Example: Price went from 20 to 60 coins and there are a couple more @ 50-60 coins to be bought out, Account1 should be ready to flip an order of 70k items @ 60 coins each.
4) As soon as Account1 is ready, Account2 buys out the rest of the market and Account3 flips 70k for a high price (e.g. 70k @ 5.2m per)
5) As soon as Account3 made the high order, Account1 creates the buffer order from Step 3
6) Account1 immediately gets ready to flip the next order and waits (can look at chat for if the order is sold, means it got sniped and more buffer is needed). Repeat whenever the buffer is sniped or unlisted by Account2.
7) Account2 and Account3 make fake orders for 1x item @ 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66 and 67 coins. Easiest way is for one to start at 61 (go up) and another at 67 (go down)
8) When everything is ready, Account2 focuses on refreshing the item and buys out any stray listings by random people. Account3 can switch profiles to an under level 7 account and go around asking people to craft the item.
9) When Account3 found someone who has enough purse and is willing to help, Account2 unlists the buffer offer and keeps refreshing to ensure that the market is fully theirs and fake orders are in place. If everything goes right, the target will buy 144 items (-7 fake listings) and make you 700m+ coins in this hypothetical scenario.
11) Keep repeating the steps (Account1 flips to create a buffer, Account2 buys random listings and cancels the buffer, Account3 finds people) until you make some money.

Improving the method:
Go for bigger fish and adjust fake orders according to their purse. This improved method negates some issues such as having to look for a specific purse person to perform the manipulation so not all tips should be accounted for. Use your brain.
Example based on one of the most popular manipulations: Do a buyout of an item (e.g. any raw meat) until you have an order for ~100m. Make a buffer order, lets say 70k @ 100 coins per. Low level account goes around asking people to craft them a tier 1 minion as they don't have the collection required. When you found a person who is willing to help, find out their purse (/pv), in this example, the target has 3.3b purse. Like with the regular method, one person is ready for buffer creation, another creates more fake orders according to the targets purse (31x items @ ~100 +- a couple coins to make it 7 orders total) and cancels the buffer when target is about to help the little cookie that asked for a minion to be crafted. What ends up happening in best case scenario: Target clicks the "Buy a stack!" button in bazaar without noticing the crazy price and we get their 3 billion coins.

Simplifying the method:
Don't seek for anyone and hope that people buy your manipulated items on accident. By far the worst method due to being so inconsistent and most people being vigilant when buying.


Note:
This method has been around for a long time. Guide is fool-proof hence the use of 3 accounts. Not just minions can be used for the method. Less accounts can be used if everyone knows what they're doing. Roles can be switched. People can be on separate profiles but coop makes things way easier. I didn't come up with any of this, just learned by spectating and trying it myself.
