Miko: clap attribute 'uplifting spirit' removed.

---Fieldboss change
7 highest fieldbosses will have their attack increased by 2x, and defence by 5x.

--Character weight change
Inventory weight will now be displayed with 1 decimal. 
Example: 8,000 (OLD) --> 8000.0 (NEW)

---Item weight changes
Barbed arrow, bodkin point arrow, broadhead arrow, hail mary arrow: from 1 to 0.1 weight.
Divine machine arrow, magic arrow: from 1 to 0.2 weight.
Holy water, holy powder, gyslotis: from 1 to 0.5 weight.
Shinobi explosives: from 1 to 0.5 weight.
Claymore: from 1 to 0.5
Magic power: from 10 to 0.1
Strange Yellow Paper: from 1 to 0.1
Runestone: from 1 to 0.5
Dimensional time piece: from 1 to 0.5
Fragment of time: from 1 to 0.1
Wire: from 1 to 0.2

Warlock3: Demon scratch nerfed to 2 overheat (OLD: 3 overheat).

Corsair3: pistol shot name changed to quick death (quick and dead).
-Cooldown reduced to 25s (OLD: 33s).
-Overheat buffed to 3 (OLD: 2 overheat).
-Skill now has a 15% base crit chance <--- yes chance, not rate
-Skill is now affected by attack speed (DEX)

Shinobi mijin no jutsu damage nerfed to: 1814%, +99.8% (OLD: 2612%, +313.4%).
Shinobi kunai overheat nerfed to 3 (OLD: 4).

---Skill fixes
Wizard1 magic shield: 300s duration.
Wizard2 surespell: cooldown 60s (OLD: 90s).
Wizard2 magic shield attribute: now correctly displays circle2 requirement.
Wizard2 sleep 'dreamer' attribute: damage increase sometimes not working properly fixed

Pyro1 fireball duration now correctly 10s.
Pyro2 fireball 'residual heat'  attribute is now 5 levels, and +1s duration per attribute level. SP consumption +10% (OLD: +20%).

Cryomancer: icewall character casting animation fixed.

Psychokino2 magnetic force: now correctly displays targets (10).
Psychokino2 heavy gravity: now has SP cost (OLD: no SP cost).
Psychokino3 gravity pole: defence reduction attribute now applies at PvP.

Linker2 spiritual chain: attribute for magic damage now applies correctly.
Linker2 spirit shock chain: can no longer be used during Giant mode (rune of giants).
-Will no longer be unbreakable at PvP.
Spirit shock confusion attribute: now works correctly.
Spirit shock mental pressure attribute: SP increase now applies.

Thaumathurge: all swell buffs fixed, will now function properly (including summon attributes).

Elementalist: unused skills & attributes deleted. All attributes now apply correctly.
Example: storm dust slow attribute is now correctly -10 movespeed (instead of -100).

Enchanter: enchant lightning 'psychic lightning'  attribute to change psychokino skills into Lightning now works.
