Well, can confirm that it works quite well. Right now there are some gimmes to the setup that I want to try to iron out. Full guide coming soon but for now, the necessary driver and some quick details to getting this setup working

This is the link to the VR Object exe (driver) I used to get the Rift tracker working, it requires the Liv software to be installed and for the "Liv Virtual Camera" Driver to be enabled.
This can be done by following this set of steps:
1. Set up your rift stuff like you normally would, and add the third touch controller as a “VR Object” in the oculus software
2. Set up the Vive lighthouses anywhere you’d like and plug the Vive tracker usb dongles into your PC, preferably a ways apart from each other to prevent interference
3. Download Liv (Motion capture app) on steam. Run it and install the “Liv Mixed Reality Video Capture driver”.
4. Close Liv and download the Liv SteamVR Oculus Tracker Driver. Place the folder somewhere nice like on your desktop.
5. Also download and install OpenVR InputEmulator and OpenVR Space Calibrator (for matching up your playspaces).
Everything after this will need to be done every time you start up SteamVR/VRChat:
6. Open up SteamVR. Put your Touch tracker into your waist. Once your Rift stuff shows and is marked as green, run the .exe program inside the Liv Oculus Driver folder. It’ll immediately connect with SteamVR and bam! Oculus waist tracker is here and accounted for, working perfectly!
7. Attach the Vive trackers to your feet and press the buttons on each. They’ll connect and show in the SteamVR menu, but they’ll be far away from your rift in terms of their playspace. Let’s fix that!
8. Fire up OpenVR Space Calibrator. Make sure your Vive playspace is set as Receiving and and Oculus playspace is set as target. Under each section, make sure the left controller/either tracker is selected (if unsure, use the fancy vibration feature to figure out!) and then hold both together in your left hand as though they were glued together.
9. Hit calibrate and rotate the controllers around for a few seconds! Once it says done, ya good! Put those boys back on your feet and call it a day!
10. Now go into VRChat and calibrate as per normal!
Troubleshooting:
I ran into an issue in my setup where the second the vive trackers connected, it would shoot me through the floor playspace-wise. This sucks because when you go to use full body in VRChat, suddenly you're in the floor. This was easily fixable though using Naelstrof's VRPlayspacemover and manually lifting myself above the "ground" in the SteamVR grid/SteamVR home area.
Like I said, right now a lot of stuff is involved but over the next few days/weeks I plan on using this setup a lot and eventually cutting the fat from this guide to get it to be more usable.
Planning on making some tips on how to automate the VR Tracker exe to run when SteamVR runs, and perhaps see if there's an easier way to calibrate playspaces.
