Requirements
There are so many little bits and bobs to this pack, there's no practical way to list them all. But a few color mods and the Cold War American's pack should get you 80% of the way. Also, make sure you're subscribed to the latest version of Community Highlander, and you're launching your game with the Alternative Mod Launcher for XCOM.
 
If you've already grabbed the HoloEN character pack here, then you should be good to go once you install that bin.
