You must know the speedrun of this game if you want to use this route as I will not go into detail on how to fight the bosses, do certain skips or seed manipulation. If you want to learn the speedrun use TheLCC's notes as they are very good and get into a lot of the finer details.

After second Kefka fight in the Imperial Base
Battle Speed back to 6
Remove Shadows equips and re-equip Imperial, Optimum on Sabin for Ninja Gear.   
Front row sabin

Phantom Train
Get Earring on train(3rd train cart left entrance).

After or during Phoenix down on Train arrange and move items to sell to the top, leave an empty space for remedy.
Remove Imperial from shadow if he is still alive.

Replace Sabins Sprint Shoes with Earrings, arrange items, battle speed on Active, put it back on wait when you get 
to the Veldt.

For Rizopas if you get a pre-emptive at the start of the battle do Double Retort Strat, if no pre-emptive do Pummel Retort Strat.

The Veldt
Sell stuff (Imperial, Dirk, Black Belt, Tent, Remedy, Antidote, Softs if any) and buy dried meat.
After Serpents Trench buy 1 Magus Hat, 11 echo Screens as many Smoke Bomb's as possible.(16 Echo Screens is safe but you dont really need more than 11 or 12)

If Cyan is still alive at the end of the scenario remove Sprint Shoes.

Locke Scenario
Sequence break/Clip through guard in South Figaro grab Earrings and money, name Celes, get the Hyper Wrist and Running shoes in the basement(secret entrance).

Get Thunder Rod in South Figaro Cave. If Cyan's Sprint Shoes were not removed take off Locke's before killing TunnelArmor.

Get Gale Hairpin and Back Guard.

Have Locke use Phantom in the Mtek Armor fight, Terra use Shiva on MTek Armor guy and Commandos.

After Last Commando

Arrange items for selling, use 1 tincture on Locke, and take Phantom off him.

Gengi Glove Glitch
Terra should have the Gengi Glove equipped so simply equip her relics last in the above menu but do not leave the relic
screen after doing so. Wait for the Banquet timer to run out and she will still have both weapons equipped along with

After saving and resetting on the world map enter the house and run in, talk to Cid from the left.
Go to beach collect two fish from the middle, run back and talk to Cid 5 times from the left, then feed him fish from
the right.
Run back to beach and collect two fish, run right grab 1 quickly then other one in the middle. Run back and feed
Cid from the right.
Go back to beach grab both the fish and run back, feed from the right.
Back to beach head all the way to the right of the beach, fast fish should swim towards you, grab it then collect
the slow fish. Cid should now be healed.

Once on the continent grab Chocobo by Tzen and head to Nikeah

Get Force Shield and Force Armor.

After stepping on switch with Mog and Edgar swap to Celes and Gogo.

Optimum Gogo and give Gogo Force Shield then optimum Celes. Give Gogo Charm Bangle and Sprint Shoes and his battle commands then back row him.

Do Inferno Skip then head to the switches then staircase with Celes and Gogo, remove their equips, Charm Bangle and Sprint Shoes from Gogo then swap to Setzer.

Optimum Setzer and equip Force Shield, put on Sprint Shoes and Charm Bangle.

Push switches with Setzer then remove relics and equipment when done, swap to Mog and Edgar.

Push switches with Mog and Edgar, and swap to Celes and Gogo.

*BEFORE FIGHTING GUARDIAN MAKE SURE TO GIVE GOGO SLOT, MAGIC AND ITEM IN THE STATUS SCREEN IF NOT DONE ALREADY*

Optimum Celes and equip Enhancer, optimum Gogo and equip Force Shield, then put on Charm Bangle and Sprint Shoes.

Guardian
Echo Screen then Joker Doom on Guardian.

After the battle do Poltergheist Skip.

After Polter Skip step on switch and remove all equips and Sprint Shoes/Charm bangle from Gogo then swap to Setzer, Optimum him, equip Force Shield, Charm Bangle and Sprint Shoes. Equip White Cape and Running Shoes before fighting Doom.

Doom
Echo Screen then Joker Doom on Doom.

After Doom remove equipment and put on Sprint Shoes and Charm Bangle. Step on the switch and equip 1 White Cape then swap to Mog and Edgar. 
Before fighting Goddess optimum Mog and equip Force Shield. Optimum Edgar and put on White Cape and Running Shoes, 2 White Capes on Mog.

Edgar needs to have learned Vanish by now and have Stray equipped with Float above 80% complete.

Goddess
Vanish then Dusk Requium on Goddess. Need Mog to use Snare.

Set Up Edgar

Optimum Edgar after the fight (Celes needs Enhancer) and and remove Thunder Shield and Force Armor. Remove Mog's equipment, keep White Cape and Running Shoes on Edgar, Equip Mog with Sprint Shoes and remove his other White Cape.

Use an Elixir on Edgar to heal MP if needed.

Swap to Gogo and Celes. Optimum Celes and Equip Force Shield and Enhancer, Optimum Gogo and remove Thunder Shield.
Give Celes True Knight and White Cape and Gogo White Cape and Running Shoes.
Give Celes Siren for a chance at surviving a bad Tier 2.

Use and Elixir or any MP healing items on Celes (She likely does not have much MP left at this point).

FINAL BATTLE

REVERSE JOKER DOOM IMMEDIATELY AFTER SEEING WHAT KEFKA DOES (Hoping for Grav Bomb or single attack on Celes e.g Tek Laser on Celes).
SIREN ONLY IF A BAD ATTACK KILLS SOMEONE AND TRY TO RECOVER (Good Tier 2 wont need Siren).

UNEQUIP THUNDER SHIELD DURING TEN HITS AND EQUIP ON GOGO.
