Episode 3: Kana's Parents and Alexis's determination.

Within the northern parts of Togle where more financially secured people reside, we head to a ranch that's pretty nice with a bunch of more fancier gadgets than the ones on most other ranches. The mansion have a fountain in front of it with 3 floors and multiple rooms. In the master bedroom, we see 2 ladies sleeping in the bed with one being a brown-haired lady and the other one a white haired girl. The brown haired girl yawns as she gets up and reach over to the dresser for her glasses as she look over and see her lover doing the same minus getting glasses.

"Mornin, Edie.." She speaks to her as Edelgard gets up and kiss her on the cheek. "Morning, Rhiannon. How are you?"

"Well, we've won a tourney 2 days ago with no issues what so ever in Rank D sooo.." Rhiannon smiles as she roll her shoulders and get out of the bed to head to the bathroom. Edelgard giggles "Right, right...Aymr have done so well, she deserved a treat for that."

Sounds of hot water running through the bathroom rings out from there as Rin call out. "True, but we have given her some Seedless Demacian Watermelons yesterday! We gotta train her some more on DEF and POW."

Edelgard nods as she head to the other bathroom. "After I wash up, I'll handle that."

The two of them took their separate showers and washed up for the day ahead of them before getting dressed and heading outside after eating some breakfast, where their monster, a giant beetle with dragon-like scales and gold eyes that speak ferocity to her foes was standing next to a giant circular boulder with a carving of a face in pain on it.

"Ok, Aymr..." Edelgard, dressed in her standard attire of red shirt and blue jeans on with a cap on as opposed to Rin's black shirt with the symbol of anarchy painted on it with a choker on her neck and white jeans. "Today, we're doing the standard of lifting this rock for a hour with 15 min breaks in between. Give us 5 hours of this for today and then take a hour break before you head to the Cannon for your DEF."

Aymr buzzed and jumped with joy before she lifted the rock above her head and begin to train herself with no issues at the moment. "Always amazed me how easily she got it with this.." Rin remarks with an impressed look while Edelgrd rubs her chin in thought. "Perhaps a bit too easy...she need a better POW gadget." She walk back to the house as she check the time on her phone.. "It's 12:32 PM...Damn, we've slept in late...Any-anyway...we need to go to town and purchase a new gadget for Aymr." Rin walk up next to her as she and Edelgard enter the house and head to the front room as they head out of the house again, Keys in Edelgard's hand now.
"So how much do you think it will cost?" Edelgard asked her lover as she revs the car up. "Shouldn't be too much...12G?" "Good thing we've been saving our money.."Rin chuckles at Edie's remark as the two of them begin to drive out of Upper Togle and head to the central parts of the town...

Meanwhile within Alexis and Kana's home, they have just welcomed in the future princesses of Demancia, Lucina and Severa Lowell. Both of them having dyed their hair to be more black and Lucina wearing shades to hide the mark of the exalt within her left eye..

The 4 of them sit at the table in the dining room, their monsters behind their respective trainers with them sitting across, The sisters on one end and the other 2 on the other.
"Nice to see you two again after 3 months!"
Kana begin while sipping his apple juice as Lucina nods with a smile as well as Severa. Alexis for her part is just slouching in her chair and speak up. "Yes, nice to see that you 2 took caution on blending in..."

"Well, we bear a strong resemblance to our parents so it was best that we went to reasonable disguises..." Lucina flips her hair while Severa scowl and speak up. "Even tho it cost plenty of money as well as taking too damn long...I can't stand having black hair...it's so tacky and annoying! Who the hell would ev-" Lucina elbows Severa softly while gesturing towards Alexis who sports a rather disdainful look at the younger Lowell sister who merely clears her throat._

"Right..."

"Anyway..." Kana speaks up, trying his best to diffuse a potential argument "How are the others?" _He haven't heard much about  them since they got here.. "Well, Gerome became a factory worker at the Valkyrie building...Owain is a popular streamer on the Shudder site...Cynthia is doing deliveries at the same place Gerome work at...The Gautier Twins work at a Market place where disc stones are sold...and we work at a Bar as bartenders.."
Lucina calmly explain the roles they have taken up in the new timeline "Admittedly, we would all rather take up monster training, but our monsters are too strong and would garner too much unwanted attention." At this, Alexis scoffs...Severa frowns at this and perceives it as disrespect.

"Got something to say, Pruett...?" She scowls at the older girl as Alexis begin to speak.

"What have you guys been doing to make sure that this timeline won't go to waste, huh?" Speaking these words, Alexis crosses her arms and lean back in her chair. "What the hell have you all been doing during these peaceful times to ensure that we won't fail?"

"...."
"...."

Both of the siblings were silent before Lucina speaks up. "We will begin preparations when the time is right.." "And when will the time be right?"

Alexis scowls at Lucina who frowns. "When I say it is, right now it's too damn early...we could fuck up this timeline by acting to early."
Alexis stands up and slam her hand on the table, alarming Kana and Severa as the monsters in the room get startled.. "If we don't do something now...we will lose everything again!"

"..And what have you been doing to prepare, huh?" At this point, Lucina now stand up and scowls at her. "Surely you have such a great idea to help us, huh?"

Alexis tchs as she look at Alm and back at Lucina. "I've been dong more training on the side as well as seeing my father.." Both Lucina and Severa gasps at this as the youngest princess slams her hands on the table. "YOU WHAT!?!?"

"You can't possibly do such a thing! You can fuck up the entire timeline as we know it!!!"Severa add more in before glaring at Kana who shakes with fear.  "Kana, did you have anything to know about this?!?""

"I-I well..umm.."
"Leave him out of this, Lowell!" Alexis stares at Severa before continuing "While you all were off frolicking in the flowers, I was busy making sure that we will win this war! I've seen my father yesterday in my job as a Mail-woman and I'll make sure that he will be much stronger than before...as well as my mother.."

Severa stands up and points at her, anger all over her face. "You can't go get help from her, she's a crazy psychopathic nohrian who killed many of our people back then!" "I'm not gonna get help from her, dumbass! I'm gonna help her instead!"

Lucina was about to speak up before Severa speaks up again, clearly not happy with what she heard as she is crying tears. "That's impossible! She's unreasonable and is a lunatic who don't deser-" 

Alexis punches a hole in the wall, scaring everyone in the room. "SHUT THE FUCK UP! YOU DON'T KNOW WHO MY MOTHER IS AND WHAT SHE HAD TO GO THROUGH, GOD FUCKING DAMNIT! YOU JUST SEE HER AS AN NOHRIAN!!!"

"THAT'S CAUSE SHE IS!!! SHE'S A FILTHY NOHRIAN"
"THEN WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT MAKE ME!??!"

"SHUT UP, BOTH OF YOU!!"
The two of them silence themselves as Lucina shouts at them. "We did NOT come here for you to show your prejudice views, Severa..You know better!"

"Tch.."Her sister scoffs at being reprimanded by Lucina as she look at Alexis. "And you...you know better not to go against our plan...I won't stop you from seeing your dad, but your mother is a whole different matter...and not cause of her nationality, but cause she was legit one of our enemies in the war. We only were able to escape from her numerous times and eventually...." _Lucina look down with a solemn face... "Well..you all know how that went.."

"...."
Alexis turns away from everyone in the room, hiding her fist in her pocket.. "I'm not giving up on my mother...and you can just deal with it." And she walks off towards the back yard, Alm following her. Lucina sighs before glaring at Severa. "You. Go to our truck and wait." "But..." 
"Go....Now."

Severa scoffs as she returns her Pixie inside of her Mon-Vice and storms out of the house...Lucina turn to Kana with a sorry look. "Forgive us please....we didn't meant for this to turn out like this."

"That's ok...I kinda figured it was gonna be like this." He rest his head on his hand and sighs._ "It was bound to happen, those 2 don't like each other one bit..."

"Yeah, ain't that the truth..." Lucina turns toward the exit of the house and groans. "Now I gotta drive while listening to Severa..." "And I better stay in the house while Alex calm down..."

"Heh.." She head towards the  the door and head out. "See you later, Kana."
Outside of the house and sitting on a tree branch high in the sky...Alex and Alm sit next to each other as she look at a picture of her as a 3 year old and a older Regina with a small smile while holding her.
"The whole saving the world is important, and I know that to do that, I have to save you from your vicious cycle and self-hatred mom...and I'll get dad to help me in that mission..."

She look out at the setting sun... "I won't give up on you..."
