Rules:

Runs must be done in single player on The Island map without DLCs, or anything exclusive to DLCs, and all singplayer data erased (this means that the map and all explorer's notes/ boss notes will not appear after they have initially been collected. The only way to get the pop ups to come back would require deleting files from the config folder and would be cumbersome on resets)

Timing starts on pressing "create new survivor"

Only these options may be changed in the settings (and only to the official min/max settings, no custom amounts)

Allowed customizations prior to the start of the run (subject to change with further tweaking in order to make solo play possible without also being hundreds of hours long)

Console commands are not allowed with the exception of "Gamma #" as it is an option in the main menu (to allow easier changing of the gamma without the need to back out to the menu)

Basic route (not set in stone)

basic route I have so far would be to do w region notes to 100 tame an quetz at center island (50,50 is a hot zone), mine crystal and obsidian at overseer volcano and make your way to caverns of lost hope area on west shore. There we can farm the ingredients to make a skybase on a the quetz that houses pestle, smithy, fabricator, and a bed and chest to store artifacts while in caves.
Basically need fabricator just for scuba tank, mask, and flippers (mainly due to swamp cave poison)
Should also tame a trike to farm berries for health potions, narco, and stimulant (since raptors torpor is crucial in a few caves so you dont wipe)
And a Balisaurus to prevent shock damage in cavern of lost hope (eels can stun lock you indefinitely)

Tame a raptor to carry around with you to areas it will fit and let it go to town. I found that it will reach 35k-45k hp by the end of the run leaving plenty of buffer for tek cave and overseer (tons of damage).
