SCIENTIST ONLY TECH 
The listed items will never appear to the general public (Save for Rebuild) and cannot be shared with them. They may be stolen by other players but they will lack the knowledge to use these items IC unless the thief is also a scientist role. Furthermore, use of these items due to being role restricted is always considered an IC action and should be able to be justified as such if questioned. 
Players will be expected to drop an appropriate amount of resources for each item in front of an admin and none of this stuff can be made “Early.” It must be made on that exact Tech Tier.

Resource Destroyer - If placed, expect retribution from others IC and don’t complain if they kill you. (Tier 4)

T Virus Infection - Expect to be suspect number 1 and bullied for it. (Tier 5)

Door Hacker - Only to infiltrate and investigate. Stealing shit and getting caught can result in the loss of the role. Don’t be a nigger. (Tier 5)

Intelligence Booster - Give out as you see fit. If you wish to give a test or demand money for it, it’s your call. (Tier 5)

Land Mine - If you kill someone with it, expect revenge. (Can be made at tier 4)

DNA Container - Cannot be distributed among the public but can be used for others. (Tier 3)

Rebuild - Can be given to the public. (Tier 2)

Orbital Cannon – Will likely have your name written on it. (Tier 5)

Blueprint – Don’t share these or you will be out of a job pretty fast. (Tier 5)

Cloak Controls + Cloak – Even hidden people will know the suspect list is only 3 people large. (Tier 5)


SCIENTIST ROLES
1) Earth Scientist - Selected to be the head of all of Earth's scientific endeavours and therefore granted 1 million resources in funding by the Earth Government and 1.1 modifier to their intelligence.
Once Dragon Balls are available this role will be given a Radar that only they can use. It can only be used for tracking the Dragon Balls and whilst others can steal it they cannot use it. This role is also able to select 2 items from the next Tech Tier that is given to them for a fee for each one. (See rules below.)

2) Tsujin Director – The smartest of the Tsujin’s and therefore expected to deal with the Saiyan’s and their demands. Might be awarded because they are trusted or no one else wants to deal with such a task, regardless this role will grant the player a 1.2 modifier to intelligence but must deal with the directions of the Saiyan Elite or royalty in regards to what to build and when and where to build it. 
They are capable of independently selecting their own 2 items a tech ahead for a fee like the Earth Scientist.
(Saiyan’s have no input on this, they can simply attempt to bully you to build them houses or other such things but that’s it, they have no IC knowledge of what you should be focussed on making next and can’t decide to kill you if you don’t select what they want you to select.)

3) Android Prodigy – The most advanced and powerful android on Android. One could say they are the big guy on the ship with a master plan. This role is given a free lvl 2 robotics tool, and 2 million resources alongside acquiring the Android Master skillset. This role may also select 1 cybernetic upgrade one tier ahead of the current tech and install it for free and 1 piece of regular tech to get for a fee but it cannot be mass produced.


REFUNDS AND MASS PRODUCTION OF EARLY TECH
A scientist role can only create tech made a tier ahead by opting to pay 1million resources with the amount doubling for extras or replacements. 
(1mil – 2mil – 4mil – 8mil – 16mil)
This can be done to create spares, extras, copies for others or to replace lost/stolen gear.
