Syntax Highlighting
Alpha 1 Code: EJ7H1 Rules: • Non-competitive rules on all Assault, Escort, Assault/Escort, and Control maps. All characters: • The usable characters are: Bastion (Heavy), Junkrat (Demoman), Mei (Pyro), Mercy (Medic), Pharah (Soldier), Reaper (Scout), Sombra (Spy), Torbjorn (Engineer), Widowmaker (Sniper) • Move speed and health of all characters match TF2 (Scaling movespeed based on direction is not currently implemented). • All ultimates except Mercy's are disabled. • Healing received from large health kits matches TF2. Small health hits are close, but don't scale perfectly. (Feature Needed) • Damage/DPS should be more or less the same as TF2's across the board, even if the weapon is different. Ex, Sombra's Machine Gun has DPS tweaked to be nearly very close Spy's revolver. Isn't perfect because you can't modify some values like reload time (Feature Needed!). Any notable exceptions will be listed in the character's notes. • Each character has at least 2 weapons from their TF2 kit implemented in some way. Bastion (Heavy): • Weapons: Minigun, Sandvich, Melee • Configuration: Recon M1 disabled. • Bastion can move slowly based on keyboard inputs during Configuration: Sentry. • Configuration Sentry ammo increased to be able to sustain M1 duration for as long as Heavy. • Self Repair heal reduced to 150. Cooldown increased to 30 seconds. • Feature Needed: Bastion slides in a fixed direction when no keys are held down during Configuration: Sentry. (Need a check for not using WASD) Junkrat (Demoman): • Weapons: Grenade Launcher, Stickybomb Launcher, Melee • Feature Needed: A way to disable total Mayhem. • Steel Trap is disabled. • Frag Launcher ammo reduced to 4 shots. • Concussion Mine cooldown reduced by 64% • Feature Needed: A way to do your own projectiles to do Stickybomb Launcher better than this. Mei (Pyro): • Weapons: Flamethrower, Flare Gun, Melee • Mei no longer slows/freezes enemies. • Ice Wall is disabled. • Cryo-Freeze has been replaced with Air Blast. (Feature Needed: Doesn't reflect projectiles because you can't check for their existence. | Bug: Doesn't put out Flames.) • Damage causes afterburn. Afterburn increases in length the more ticks of damage you deal with M1, up to 10 seconds. • Bug: M1's damage doesn't increase the closer you are to your target. (If anyone is interested in donating some code this would at the top of my request list.) • Feature Needed: M2 (Flare Gun) doesn't crit burning players. (On hit check might need conditions for "hit with X projectile") Mercy (Medic): • Weapons: Medigun, Syringe Gun, Melee • Passive heal reduced to 3, scales up to 6 over 10 seconds from last damage instance. • Damage Amp (Secondary Fire), Guardian Angel, and Resurrect are disabled. (Blizz Plz: Guardian Angel's prompt still appears when disabled.) • Feature Needed: A way to disable slow fall. • Feature Needed: Valkyrie currently being used as a substitute for Ubercharge. (Can't check healer/heal target) • Feature Needed: Health gained from healing beam doesn't scale based on how long ago the last instance of recieved damage was. (Can't check healer/heal target) • Feature Needed: Currently heals higher health characters for more than lower health ones. (No way to modify healing received from only health packs or heroes) • Seriously Blizz help Pharah (Soldier): • Weapons: Rocket Launcher, Melee • Disabled Jump Jet, Hover Jet, Concussive Blast • Added Rocket Jumping Reaper (Scout): • Weapons: Scattergun, (Pre-rework) Atomizer • Shadow Step and Wraith Form are disabled. • Jumps higher, falls faster. • Has three jumps. The third jump deals 10 damage to you. • Feature Needed: A way to disable passive lifesteal. Currently reduced to 2.5% of normal lifesteal. (Could rework this into mad milk, but this counts as a "Feature Needed" either way) Sombra (Spy): • Weapons: Revolver, Knife, Invisiwatch • Translocator is disabled. • Feature Needed: Hack is disabled. (Can't make hack disable only turrets.) • Sombra can backstab with Melee. • Feature Needed: Stealth Cooldown increased to 30 seconds. (No way to currently reduce it). • Feature Needed: Stealth is permanent until broken. (No way to modify stealth when granted by the ability instead of the custom game) Torbjorn (Engineer): • Weapons: Shotgun, Gunslinger • Overload, Molten Core, and Forge Hammer are disabled. • Using M1 will fire the M2 shot instead. • Feature Needed: Turret HP is 125 instead of 100, as it shares health with Torbjorn. • Sentry Cooldown reduced by 50%. Widowmaker (Sniper): • Weapons: Sniper Rifle, SMG, Melee • Venom Mine and Grappling Hook are disabled. • Feature Needed: Sniper Rifle DPS is way off because Sniper charge values can't be modified.
