recap of this: wife back hugs him and goes all sentimental how, it feels like a dream and this takes her far back on the memory lane? then she promises him how she will do her very best and asks him to marry her again. mc hugs her back and tells her how he has very important work at his company and asks how, if this marriage situation isn't smth that urgent and how their love wont change till then/his urgency stops?(so ..mc tells wife to wait up, till he has his urgent matters all solved, before they can get married).


back to this ch and mc tells his wife how he will go to work. wife silent to that and mc outside on the hallway saying smth like: getting married with you? you must be dreaming.

BOSS telling mc and boss to go ahead and offer scarface aka representative kim yong-seok their greetings. BOSS also tells them how scarface is an investor, that just invested in their company. both boss and mc offer their polite greetings in unison. scarface then asks if boss and mc are talented enough to put his investment to good use. boss and mc have that looks exchange and boss then tells scarface how they are indeed the right people for this job and how he looks forward in working well together. scarface goes slangy here, but tells them how his 15 billion won? and prbly, slightly jokes, on a serious note to either make him more money or to take good care of his money and to call him if smth happens?(notsure. also felt like a threat like 'take good care of my money boys, you got it?'). both mc and boss reply with 'yes!'.

next comes scarface's scarfaced henchman and kinda tells scarface how some guy called 'venomous snake/VS' is calling for him and scarface kinda scolds henchman for not seeing that he's doing business over here. henchman tells him sorry, but it seems to be an urgent matter. the phone call from here is all scarface talking back to VS and asks 'what' and then 'if VS captured somebody?' and then questions VS about 'what the fuck is he doing' and then scarface orders VS to decapitate that captured guy and bury him, cause he must make an example out of that traitor.

scarface then apologizes and excuses himself to his audience for his urgent phone call and blames it on 'work' and invites mc and boss to talk some more about the business.

BOSS then details to mc and boss how gangster like scarface is and how that guy owns smth big in gangnam or gangnam itself and tells them how he does business ..sells there? invests here?(notsure). boss is all 'no wonder' to those details and then BOSS tells them both, to work together on this new investment. he also warns them, that if this investment fails, all 3 of them are in serious danger. mc stays silent, but boss is all 'fully acknowledged that Sir ..please leave it to me!'. BOSS then asks mc, why is he silent, cause this investment came out from his business plans.

mc then starts to tell BOSS how he doesn't think that 'tuntun media' (where he works/presides), is that stable yet and he needs to stabilize that first before working on this new investment. mc also, kinda, expresses his worries about doing/working on a such a high stake(lots of money) business venture. BOSS then asks if mc wants to get out of this one/skip it and then he asks boss about what he thinks and asks him, if boss will be okay if mc, the brains of the operation? were to stay out of this investment and if boss wants to work on it alone.

boss stays silent, but then bows to mc and calls his work titles and name, all politely and asks mc to help him out on this one and tells mc how the future of this company is at stake and begs him to join him, if mc has a deep sense of loyalty towards the company and tells mc how he's really needed here. BOSS then goes all 😒 'haa..yeah, okay, you two talk it out and then report back to me'.

mc questions boss on what he just did, for pretending to bow his head to mc, in front of BOSS. from here, boss gives mc a really sincere apology and even uses his work title for it. boss then begs for forgiveness for all the evil things that he has done towards mc till now. boss begs mc some more, to help him out and take the company even higher on the business hierarchy. mc thinks and cusses out boss for him thinking already as being 'the BOSS' of the company and names him a shameless bastard.

mc then thanks boss for giving him his wife back and boss gets triggered. mc then calls it 'forgive and forget' on their situation and tells him how he will work hard for the company. mc then expresses that he/they, should think more carefully about this business/investment and how he will get back to him once he has his mind all made up.

mc left and boss thinks how he's soon to be 'the BOSS' of this company. how he needs to make this investment a success and he needs to make sure that he has mc's behind him to support him on it.

boss's home and asschan is impressed by the dinner boss made for her and boss brags about it and tells her to sit down and eat it. dinner over ..boss asks how it was and she tells him that it was delicious on a polite tone( calls him Sir). boss then tells asschan not to be that polite to him anymore. boss then tries to sweet talk her into calling him 'oppa'. asschan surprised by that and then he asks her if this home they're at now, is too small for her and if she wants to move in with him. boss then sweet talks her how, he want to be with her non stop ..at work and at home and doesn't wanna leave her side at all.

asschan thinks and cusses about the fact that he never invited her over to his home, not even once, now even when she asked him for it. then, how, now that boss knows who she really is, he wants her to live together with him and calls it 'amusing'. she then makes up her mind that this is an opportunity and if she start to keep a close eye on him from up close, she will get have even more clear evidence that boss is stealing money from work. then, how she can really make boss fall deeply in love with her, thus, dig his own grave.
