So firstly, I prefer the big tree now - looks a lot better with the chubbier trunk!
But the building has gone backwards a little bit.
I like the roof, but it could have a bit more wool in the middle of it, just so it doesn't look so top heavy on each end.
The detailing is unusual. I'm not sure about the logs on the middle of the walls with the stonebrick, but if it was wood behind, it may look a little better. You could keep the stonebrick on the bottom of the wall, so it was like a foundation :3

I think you need to reposition your stairs a little. They're looking kind of awkward in the patterns you have them. I mean the ones against the wall and the ones on the corner pillars.
