She gets asked what she'll do for the weekend streams and she says thinking of doing the usual evening or a bit earlier than that. As for what she'll do there is still Sekiro she can continue since she is currently really hooked on that as for another story-type game there is one in mind but she can't do that right away as they will need to re-send the request. Right now there is that game pending, then there is one other that she has gotten the ok for so she might play that one but if she ends up wanting to play Sekiro then she might also do that, she hasn't really decided yet.
She elaborates a bit on this game she re-sent the request for saying that when it comes to requesting permissions to play a game then you'll naturally not get a response immediately which is why she was in a rather bad mood today, but she says she'll refrain from talking about it further since she'll just start to grumble about it.

But eventually she does start talking about it saying that she doesn't mind it if a response is running late since that's expected considering there is another party involved. But this occasion is incomprehensible to her as it seems like the same mistake has been committed four times causing them to need to re-send the request, and if it repeats this often then even Pekora will feel like it is going too far, which ended with her getting irritated.
So because of that she was in a bad mood today and despite wanting to meet and stream with the nousagi she was also battling this feeling of; "I don't really want to stream with this crappy mood" which is why her voice wasn't really all that warmed up at the start of the stream. Prior to the stream she was just lying in bed sulking about this, feeling like it sucked to have these bad news on the same day she got to experience this fun new dance. She says that there is nobody in this matter to criticize and emphasizes that it isn't her managers fault and that she really didn't want it to sound like that either, it was just a frustrating thing for her in the end.

But what is really frustrating is when this crappy mood gets in the way of her desire to stream and meet the nousagi which is something she really wants to do, so it becomes a feeling of; "Why do I have to be made to feel like I don't want to meet you guys when in actuality I really do!".
But after starting the stream she managed to improve her mood and thanks the nousagi for it. A nousagi points out that she hasn't managed to get over it at all and she laughs and says that during the stream she really felt good as she as able to forget about the incident when she was streaming.
