Not meddling worked

Alexithymiaa: -Brad sat on the couch in the common area with Evan in a sort of pow wow, the two of them sitting with their bodies facing each other. Brad was listening intently as Evan spoke, actually interested in what he had to say for a change. // Evan was talking quickly, clearly excited about the topic they were discussing. Waving his hands through the air, he rambled just a bit. "So the car is going to pick you up at the airport and take you to the studio. They'll bring you into hair and make up to get you camera ready, and then a runner will call for you when they're ready to bring you in. They're requesting a green room rider, so just tell me everything you want waiting for you and I'll make sure they get it ASAP."-
Covet: Kelsey walked into Talon with Holly and Connor. Connor was holding a bag of groceries and Kelsey had a couple bags as well. They were going on about the plans for the cooking video they were working on. Connor seemed rather excited as he ran in to bring his bag into the kitchen so they could put the groceries away.
Alexithymiaa: "Gummy bears." Brad said almost instantly even though he knows he's not supposed to have them. "And... uh.. iced tea. And..." He trailed off, not sure what he should ask for on his rider before looking at the group on their way in. "Hey! Did you get everything for the video? Are we good to go?" He asked, the excitement in his voice. // Evan took some notes on his phone as Brad rattled off a few things, adding sugar free to them items because he knows how to do his job well. "We can work on it. Maybe Kelsey has some ideas for you." He said, looking up when they came in. He sent them all a wave. "Oh good, perfect timing. Kelsey, can you help Brad think about what he wants on his rider?"-
Covet: Kelsey looked over at the guys as she started unloading everything. Holly was helping Connor put things in the right places. She paused for a moment and thought, "I'm so sorry my mind is completely blank and elsewhere. I'm sorry Evan. She said then looked at Brad, "I think so yes. We're making ravioli." // Connor piped up from in the fridge, "No, Momma. We're making Ravioli Parmesan ala Connor." // Holly looked at Connor, "Hey now, that's not a very nice way to say that. Can you try again?" She said to him in a sweet tone.
Alexithymiaa: "Hold on." Brad said to Evan as he got up from the couch, casually strolling over into the kitchen to watch them unload the groceries. "Does that mean I should get my camera and set up?" // Evan picked up hhis phone and followed Brad over into the kitchen. "Brad is scheduled for Jimmy Kimmel on Friday night. He's trying to decide what kind of food he wants on his green room rider. I figured you'd probably know best." His eyes trailed over to Holly as she politely addressed Connor's attitude, giving her a smile.-
Covet: "Well yeah, but I didn't think we'd be filming until Thursday." She told him as he came over. "I thought you'd be busy tonight. " Kelsey said then looked over at Evan. "I see, well I can't think of anything off the top of my head aside from making sure if anything he's already got on the list, is sugar free." She said to him then looked at Connor, "Thank you Kiddo, I appreciate you doing that again."// Connor sighed and looked at Kelsey, "Sorry Momma, Actually, we're making Ravioli Parmesan ala Connor. Which is even better than normal ravioli." He said in a nicer tone.
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah, but arent you doing prep and stuff tonight?" He asked, looking back over to Evan and rolling his eyes. "You don't have to make everything sugar free. Just some things." No Brad. // Evan laughed. "I know, I already made a note. Is there anything y'all usually like to eat?" He asked, looking between the two of them before catching another glimpse of Holly with Connor. "That was much better, Connor."-
Covet: "I was going to do it tomorrow afternoon with him." Holly said piping up with a smile, looking at Brad. "It was Connor's request. The only thing he wanted Kelsey's help with today was well, funds for the groceries." She said with a laugh. // Kelsey nodded her head, "Imagine that. I'm honestly surprised he hasn't started asking for some sort of an allowance. " She said then looked at Evan, "Well if it was New York, I'd say it'd be Pizza. So Maybe just go with Pizza regardless? and something to drink of course." She said, looking at Brad." // Connor gave a nod at Evan, then looked at Brad, "Dad, this is my thing. Not Momma's. I want to do it by myself. Holly and I have been practicing." He said as he went back to putting groceries away.
Alexithymiaa: "Alright, alright. I just thought you might want some behind the scenes pictures, but I can see we aren't wanted here." He said with a laugh, raising his brows. "You know.. you need to do chores to earn an allowance." // "How cute." Evan said, leaning his hand on the counter. "Well it's LA, so I dont think the pizza can compare to New York, but I can put it on there anyway?"-
Covet: "Sadly I think we can all agree there. If you can find something that's decent, that'd probably be good." Kelsey said to Evan, then threw up her shoulders. "See... I'm proud of his independence, but at the same time.. they grow up so fast." She said in a soft tone, looking at her kiddo. // Holly laughed, "Yes we have. And you have some pretty good knive skills, Are you excited to show them off on camera?" She asked him . // "Mom, please, I'm supposed to grow up." Connor said, then looked at Holly, "Yeah! We're slicing the tomatoes and the pasta with that roller knife thingy with the zig zag."

Alexithymiaa: "Yeah Mom, he's supposed to grow up." He said in a mocking tone, shifting his stance a little. "So... I'm not getting my camera to document the prep tomorrow or...?" // "I'm sure I can do some research about the best pizza place in LA and request a pie from there waiting in the green room." He said, making another note in his phone. "I'm really looking forward to getting to see your video, Connor."-
Covet: "I can't with the both of you." Kelsey said as they crushed her sappy mom feels. "You can do that tomorrow, but you have to convince Connor that it's okay. It's out of my hands entirely." She said to Brad, then looked at Evan, "Sounds good, thank you. You're such a good help. // Connor looked at Evan, "Thanks dude. I need all the people watching. Cause Miss Holly and I have practiced to hard for this to go bad." He said then looked at Brad, "Dad can come take pictures tomorrow, that's your job, you're supposed to do that." He said looking at Brad.// Holly tapped Connor on the shoulder. "Can Momma come watch us at least tomorrow? We wouldn't want to leave her out right?"
Alexithymiaa: "It's not nice to leave people out." Brad said in a faux stern tone, giving Connor a look like 'you better say it's okay.' // Evan smiled, giving Kelsey a quick nod before looking to Holly. "Oh are you going to be in the videos with him?"-
Covet: "Okay, Momma can come watch too. What about you Mr. Evan. I can't leave people out." Connor asked him. // Holly nodded her head looking at Evan, tucking her hair behind her ear as she smiled and blushed a little. "Yeah, Connor asked if I'd be his assistant and help him with the hot things." She told him. // Kelsey looked at Brad and gave him a look, that practically screamed, TOTALLY INTERESTED IN EACH OTHER.
Alexithymiaa: -Brad rolled his eyes when he caught Kelsey's look, narrowing his eyes back at her before not so subtly jerking his head in the direction of Holly and Evan, making a face at her to signal her to quit it. // "I would love to watch, thank you Connor." Evan said with a laugh, looking at Holly again. "Well that's really sweet of you to help him out. I'm sure you'll make a great assistant." He lifted a hand, dragging it back through his fluffy hair.-
Covet: Kelsey grinned and shook her head no at him, because she just witnessed the subtle flirting hair action. She mouthed to him, "It's so on" before she looked at Connor, "Hey you, It's just about time for bed. Can you tell Miss Holly goodnight, so that we can get you into bed?" She asked him. // Connor looked at Evan. " She does make a good assistant. She knows exactly what to do." He looked over at Kelsey, "Okay Momma." Turning to face Holly he grabbed her hand and gave it a bit of a shake as he bounced. "Goodnight Miss Holly, See you tomorrow to cut up all of the things." He said then turned to make his way to the bedroom to get his pj's and all that on. // Holly laughed at Connor, "Well thank you, You're a very great leader. Now get off to bed. I'll be here just after noon." She told him then looked at Evan, "It's really nothing. He is a great kid, and always willing to learn."
Alexithymiaa: "We'll be in to tuck you in soon, buddy." Brad called out to him as Connor took off. He turned back to look at Kelsey giving her another look. "So I don't know if you guys are done or whatever, but we're probably going to turn in so..." He trailed off, seeing if they would take the bait. // "He reminds me of my little brother when he was that age. He's really cute." He said with another smile, looking to Brad. "Yeah, we can finish up for tonight. If you want to send me whatever else you want on your rider, I can get it sent over to them by tomorrow afternoon."-
Covet: Kelsey looked at Holly. "Thanks again for your help with all this. I know it's a lot to take on, but I appreciate everything that you do for us." She told her. "We will be up and ready to go when you get here."Kelsey added then walked around to slid her hand in with Brad's. // Holly gave a shrug, "No worries, happy to help. I'll see you tomorrow too?" She said posing the question to Evan, in a tone that seemed way more excited than not. "I'm going to head out. Goodnight everyone."
Alexithymiaa: -Evan nodded to Holly with a smile. "Yeaah, I have a lot of work to do tomorrow so I'll be around. And of course I can't miss watching Connor prep for his first video." He paused, gesturing out in front of him for Holly. "I should probably head out too. I'll walk out with you." He said with a smile, letting her lead the way out of the building. // The second they were out of earshot, Brad rounded on Kelsey, going in immediately. "Dont! Say it. I don't want to hear it. If they do shit, let them. If they don't do shit, let them do that too. No meddling at all."-
Covet: "Thank you, I appreciate it." Holly said with a big smile as she walked out with him. // Kelsey was about to explode because of everything. "I haven't meddled one little bit. I swear, But I told you. I told you. I told you..." She said over and over dancing around, as she started to head off to her dorm to check in on Connor.
Alexithymiaa: "I dont want to hear it." He said quickly, swatting a hand at her ass to push her along to the bedroom so they could go tuck in Connor.-
