━━ PERSONALITY ; Due to her Insomnia, Anni is absent minded most of the time. She tries her best to live in the present, but the past is always hunting her. She's always clinging to the closest person next to her as she tries to keep her good thoughts. She enjoys every little moments she spends with the others and writes it down to keep it as a memory. She sometimes acts childish or try to be funny to gain attention. She gets excited to the little things even when she's confused. She praises the others and she likes it a lot when others praises her too. She's either really loud or quiet.

━━ BACKSTORY ; Anni was born in Shenzhen in China. She had a happy childhood and everything was perfect for her. Unfortunately her mother got accepted to her dream job in Canada. All the good memories they had, was going to stay in Shenzhen. Once they moved in Canada, things started to shake. Her mother was never home due her rough work and tight schedule, her father is always stressing and doesn't see his family as much as before and Anni participated in many school clubs and she spends most of her time alone when she's home. The family grew distant to each other, they don't talk nr spend time as much as they were before. Her father lost his job since his boss told him that he was doing it in a sloppy way and fire him. He was angry and furious at this point, when he arrived at the house, he saw his wife eating diner with their daughter and they started to have an argument that turned into physical fight. They started to punch and slap each other while Anni was frozen to see her parents being so aggressive to each other. The wife slapped his husband hard on the cheek, and the husband impulsiveness took over him. He pushes his wife making her lose her balance of her heels and the woman's head hits the rough point of the table making the glass break and enters its skull. Anni sat her place shocked at the scene that happened in front of her. Her father looked panicked and he grabs his daughter hands running to their room. He told her to pack her things and bring her passport so that they can leave all of the bad memories here.

━━ FIRST IMPRESSIONS ;
Anni thought that Mark was a creepy klutz. Her opinion changed when she saw his face and he offered her to take his jacket. He even paid her some chocolate to comfort her. She thanked him for his kindness and warm heart and they sat down to enjoy the night. No one shared their things to Anni, since she was always the one to share her things to the other. This actions somehow touched Anni's heart and she wanted to spend more time with Mark. She wanted him to be her friend.

Mark never thought the idea of seeing a kid jogging in the dark street. At the beginning he found it weird, but he quickly changed his mind since he didn't knew her reasons. So he decided to stay neutral. He really felt bad for dropping his ramen cup on the girl, so he did what a man would do. He wanted to cheer her up so he bought her some chocolate and the sat down to talk about life. He was interested to her when she didn't talked about her past life. With that, his mission was to know why she won't talk about her past.

━━ TIMELINE ;
beginning: They bumped into each other in front of a corner store. Mark who had a boiling hot cup of ramen, dropped it on the girl. The hot water burnt the girl's skin and Mark quickly dragged her in the corner store and treat her burn. At first they were awkward to each other, but ever since they talked about the things they like, they found out that they have a lot of this in common. They became friends rapidly.

middle: When they saw each other, they started to get closer to each other and eventually started to have feelings for each other. They both tried to resist the feelings, but sometimes, that feeling would often vanish for Anni. Mark would often ask about her past, but the girl would ignore the answer.

end: Anni had a nightmare and decided to call Mark to talk to him about it. As she explains her nightmare of the incident, she finished by spilling out the truth to Mark while crying. The boy felt bad for asking her such a question to remind her of a terrible thing. Ever since that day, the boy made sure that she was okay and they would text to make sure their alright.

~ Anni was cooking for Mark and took out a pan. The boy being a prankster, scared Anni and the girl hit Mark on the head for scaring her.
