Important tips you MUST follow:

-Always say the account is NOT for a business.

-Always put your country as the United States of America, even if you are NOT from the US.

-The name you enter does not need to be real, but it MUST be one you remember (They will ask you to verify your identity in a later email by writing the name you enter in the form on a piece of paper and taking a selfie with it)

-For email, make sure the email is the OGE or the email you CURRENTLY HAVE LISTED ON THE ACCOUNT.

-If you follow these steps correctly, and add a "someone got into my account and posted the photos that got me deactivated" disclaimer in the email you respond with, they will always unban your account after 2-3 days.

-If they do not, you can use the gmail trick (adding a bunch of "."s to your email address) and re-submit the form, as this will register in their system as a new address.

-Good luck. This method can sometimes take multiple tries, just be sure not to spam them email after email.
