Dry Bowser's Day Gets Wet

Dry Bowser was having a nice quiet afternoon reading the news on his newspaper as he brushed back his red hair, being just outside his wooden cabin at the Cheep Cheep Beach near the tropical jungle. Suddenly it began to rain horribly, with thunder booming as lightning flashed frequently. Dry Bowser's mood went sour upon realizing what this meant for him.

"Well that's just great." Dry Bowser sighed in annoyance as he chucked away the newspaper he had held. "Looks like I'll have to go through another stupid adventure."

Feeling the wood breaking apart from the ocean waves getting rougher, Dry Bowser was quick to dash off the boardwalk, just in time as it got swept away in the thunderstorm. Dry Bowser then climbed up several of the palm trees, glancing back to see the seawater rising as he eventually reached the top, to see Petey Piranha snoozing on top of the leaves.

Dry Bowser: Petey, get up and get me out of here!

Yawning while stretching his big green leaves, Petey waved to Dry Bowser as he looked around to see the storm that was going on around them, gawking in disbelief as he pulled out a yellow raincoat from out of his mouth, putting it over him as he then grabbed Dry Bowser and stuffed him into his red pouch, flapping his leaves as he took off into the stormy sky, flying while avoiding the lightning bolts that tried to strike him as Dry Bowser dusted off his wet bones, thinking on where to get a newspaper from due to having lost his old one to the storm along with his cabin.
