Firstly, your terrain. I do really like it, however the fact that the palette is identical to the plot beside yours worries me. As there's no way to tell who did it first, it may be an idea to change it just slightly - add another block, or replace a block type etc (Mainly in the cliff palette)
I also think you need to add different kinds of atmosphere to the plot, not by using all leaves - you could add grass, flowers, wheat, melons, pumpkins, ferns etc. You have so much to choose from! Adding pathways can be super helpful on a plot too.

Secondly, organics. Your large trees are okay, the leaves could have a higher air percentage in them, so they don't look quite so world edited - you can see the brushes quite clearly. The tree without the leaves should have some smaller branches as well as the larger ones - they look a bit too thick as they are.
You should also decorate the plot with some smaller trees as well as larger ones!
Also, I really like the mushrooms you made! :3

Lastly, your structure. I love all the structures you have on the plot! I really like the detailing and the palette you used! However, I think you still need a larger structure on your plot! A little larger than the build in the middle, just to show off some large detailing skills!
