She says that today when she came home from her dance lesson she found their genius cat gnawing on some cords, and she has been thinking that she has noticed this lately, like touching some cables and finding what seems to be bite marks on them, it hasn't gone as far as severing a cable but it probably won't be long before he does. So yesterday she ordered some cable concealers but it seems they will arrive sometime tomorrow and considering this is a situation that could turn pretty bad she decided that she would have to scold him for the time being. She realizes that he probably doesn't understand but for things that one really must not do she feels like she has to scold him as being soft on everything is against her policy, even though scolding him makes her cry on the inside since she doesn't want to tell him these things. So she steels herself and properly told him that what he is doing is bad and dangerous with accompanied angry eyes.
She asks what kind of face do they think he showed her, it might be normal for cat owners but for Pekora it was the first time she has seen it, and opens paint to illustrate it. As she draws she keeps complimenting how cute he is and laughing to herself over her own drawing and when she finishes it is a drawing of a cat that is slightly sticking out its tongue. She felt like the face was that of someone trying to tease you, as if he knew what he was doing and being smug about it, the face melted Pekora's heart and anger and made her hug the cat instead from how cute it was being. She tries to salvage it and say that she did still talk about how he shouldn't bite cords. She wanted to take a picture of that but it was so sudden and she was angry at the time as well as not having her phone on her. She says that face he was making wasn't fair and that anyone would forget to be angry after a sneak attack like that.
To round it off she says that until the concealers arrive she'll make it so that he cannot chew on the cords, and she also reflects on that she is probably way too soft to be able to discipline him because he is too cute, so she figures she'll have to let her mother handle the scolding as she doesn't think she'll be able to be strict, since she is just stupid soft.

>Brief thoughts on the game and some Shadow Corridor talk(01:35:40)
As she comes back she says that it was a lot of fun and says that this type of game, where you are hiding and doing things in the mean time is a hit with her, she also didn't expect to kill Aka Manto and figured she would only be able to run away. Someone brings up that Shadow Corridor* has gotten a DLC and she decides to check that out while mentioning that she has only cleared the normal ending and still has one left to do. The DLC seems to be adding a new stage to the game with, she feels like the difficulty seems high for the DLC. As she is looking at this she realizes that the nousagi are trying to make her play more horror and scolds them for it, but even so she says that if the time suits her she might play this some time. In any case she is relieved to have cleared Aka Manto as smoothly as it went.

*A horror game similar to this where you are moving around an area collecting things while avoiding various monsters, she played and finished it a long time ago. Around June 2020.

After reading a superchat mentioning her dance lessons she says that today was a lesson for a dance that was very bouncy, she won't say what dance it is just yet but it was one where she would be jumping up and down a lot and just dancing it soaked her in sweat. She says they'll know which one it is once they see it. It is a very cute dance and Pekora works as hard as she can to be able to dance it with style for the nousagi.
She throws it out there that it isn't just her cat relieving her since she sees all the supportive comments the nousagi are writing and is grateful for that as well.

Speaking of dancing and if she is allowed to say it herself, with all this work she has done for the live and such she is starting to see progress in her ability to dance, little by little she is improving. Another manager also told her that since the previous time they had been around to watch over Pekora she had gotten better at dancing, as for it being a different manager she says that during lessons and such there is always one manager present, not necessarily her manager but just one from the group, and this was a manager she had been with some time before and now again where they then praised her improvement causing her to modestly say that it isn't a big deal, surely. But her improvement is such that she feels that maybe she should try out learning dancing for real, but in the end she thinks she won't continue with it since this current frequency is enough for her. She really is the type to improve if she gets praised.

After reading a superchat commenting on that November too seems like it will be a busy month she says that compared to October it will most likely not be as busy, considering October was just a month where a lot of stuff got packed together. She thinks she'll be able to take it a little easy during November at least. She says that despite her body feeling the burn of all this work she doesn't find it to be suffering in a mental sense, since she is doing all this in order so that the nousagi can be happy, so all the training is more than fine for her. She laughs and says that but thinking about it like that, if she were to make a mistake during the real deal after having trained this much it will feel pretty embarrassing. Like she'll think; "Ah I really messed up!", finding the thought to be slightly scary. She brings up that the one thing she wants to avoid is to exhaust herself from her training so that she starts becoming negligent with her streaming, thus she'll be sure to stream.
A follow-up superchat mentions her to not overdo it, and she lets on that usually she isn't the type that likes to exercise but after having done all these lessons and such for a time now she has become more health oriented in her thinking and finds that if it is something like dancing lessons then she doesn't mind the exercise. Like she wouldn't do something like just go out and run by herself, but if she has an objective of some sort like with these lessons then it seems to be fine for her.

>The shut-in is slightly getting tougher and her inability to converse with shop clerks(01:46:50)
Someone from chat says that the shut-in is gradually becoming tougher and she really feels that way and also brings up that after her lessons and such on her way back she thinks about if she shouldn't try and stop by some place she normally doesn't go to, although in the end she doesn't, she just thinks it. She laughs at the silliness of that and says that it is usually just a thought of; "Hmm, maybe I should try stop by there" that remains a thought as she continues on home. Mostly it is a case of her being exhausted from training and such which makes her refrain but sometimes there are cases where she has stopped by some place, which is where she has gotten these recent DQ goods from.
They ask if she is able to talk with shop clerks then and she says she can't, if they call out to her then she'll do what she usually does and just say she is fine and leave. She doesn't really know why but it really is impossible for her, and sure she understands that it is the job of the clerk to call out to customers but she really just want to be left alone and decide on her own, by any means. It is also for that reason that she openly wears her earbuds to signal that she is listening to music but even so there are clerks who'll call out to her and while she understands that it is just their job she still thinks; "Can't you see I'm wearing earbuds?" And sure with these wireless Airpods it might be the case that they don't realize but in the past she used wired headphones and there would still be clerks approaching her, which she couldn't hear since she was listening to music so she'd timidly remove her headphones and reluctantly talk to them.

>Bought some new shoes, some boots(01:49:40)
Talking about stores she brings up that she recently bought some new shoes and says that she isn't the type of person to have a lot of shoes, so this time she bought some boots since her other shoes broke down somewhat. She wanted some sneakers too but figured she'd pick one between the two and also says that she doesn't really have any clothes that go well with sneakers, so she settled on boots.

>Sleeping on the floor with her cat, afraid that he is lonely when they leave him for night, and jealous of her cat's affection towards her mother(01:50:40)
Another thing that happened today was that after her dance lesson she was exhausted and fell asleep on the living room floor and at that time Goro-nyan* approached her. She says that the floor of her house is really cold so as she was lying there thinking about how cold it was and wishing for someone to cover her with something warm like her mother, but nobody was around and while she knew it wasn't good to sleep on the floor she was tired enough to end up doing so. Eventually her cat showed up and she was just astonished by how warm he was making her realize that he is a living being after all.
Speaking of her cat she wonders if he is very prone to feeling lonely or if it is the fault of her pampering him too much, but he has his own personal cage right, that they have him enter when none the family members are present and she wonders if he feels lonely from that.
She elaborates that whenever people are present then he is free to be walking around outside the cage but when they are going to sleep for example they keep him locked in the cage since he is still a kitten and the shop clerk told them as well that the first thing to do is create a space just for him, and since he is still a kitten then to avoid him hurting himself while roaming around alone in the living room by knocking over objects for example, they should try to have him outside only when they are present and when they aren't around then they should try and keep him in the cage since it might still not be safe for him to have free reign alone.
So because of that whenever they go to bed, she'll apologize and put him in the cage, and this is where Pekora's heart tears since she feels like he is giving out a very sad meow whenever she does. And yesterday was particularly bad as he was striking the cage and sticking out his hand out of the cage as if telling her not to leave him which made her think that he really is an adorable cat. She doesn't want to leave him there but she has to go to sleep and wake up tomorrow, and ideally she would like for him to sleep with her but she is worried about her bad sleeping posture and think about what if she were to roll over him and crush him. But because of that sadness the first thing she does when waking up is to go let him out and give him food, which makes him come rub his head at her as if he had been waiting all this time for her to let him out.

But then generally when her mother wakes up and shows up he'll go over to her, an event that Pekora is greatly jealous of, complaining that she was the one who, first thing in the morning, went and opened his cage. Then she complains that this cat flirts with anyone when flirting with just Pekora would be sufficient, saying she wants him to be even more attached to her. And she tries to defend her case by saying that she even plays with him for one whole minute during the times she is done with streaming and lessons and have some free time, and despite doing that she still loses to her mother.
The chat responds that one minute is obviously far too little and she laughs and defends herself by saying that she is already tried from all the lessons and such that when it comes to playing with him she doesn't have any energy left and just gives up quickly to go take a bath and sleep.

*She jumps between u-nyan and goro-nyan randomly, it isn't me being weird here.

She brings up a related topic saying that there is this sort of "Cat translator" application that was the talk on Twitter some time earlier, and while she doesn't know if it is for real or not, she tried using it when he was in his cage. And the meows he does then have translated into something like; "I love you!" and "Mommy where are you?" which made Pekora think if he sees her as his mother. Once again making her think that he is insanely cute.
And in some other cases it has translated into; "It hurts!" making her worry if he is hurting somewhere, despite swinging his tail back and forth a lot, so she doesn't really know if it is legit. But it is one app that she is using thinking it will tell her what he wants to say.
She has tried using it on herself when imitating a cat's meow but it just translates into "Doumo" and even if she changes the pitch it still translates the same.
