  2. Referring back to the following thread I posted a few days ago, which you can find here - I just noticed that most of the content that was transferred over is ranked on Google again. It's not duplicate content, it just violates Google's guidelines.

  15. 301 redirected from his original domain to a new (expired one) after penalized. Redirected original penalized domain back to original domain (has same content now)
  16. His expired domain has the same content as this penalized one and is ranked on Google. So he is still getting traffic and money.

  18. Can anybody do this and get away with it? If my domain gets penalized, can I just purchase an expired domain, and transfer all of my domains contents to the expired domain and throw away the domain that got a penalty?
