  1. * when the player tries to inflict a status, the "base chance" is always 30% for base game characters
  2. ---> yes, this even applies to skills that ONLY inflict the status, making them bad
  3. ---> DLC chars might have a better chance, I'll look later (specifically Nitroplus seems to land them often)
  4. ---> JP wiki says that this chance is modified by player INT/LUK and opponent MEN/LUK.

  6. ---> Nitroplus update: Yes, her skills are better - 65% debuffs and 40% statuses
  7. -----> however, she has some combos with 10% status, while combos on other characters (IF/Compa poison etc) are still 30%
  8. * similarly, debuffs have a 50% base chance
  9. ---> debuff amounts vary more than buffs, 15~30% depending on the stat being debuffed and the exact skill in question

  11. ---> X Booster items are only 15% while X Booster Z gives 30% (and a second stat also at 30% for STR/INT ones)

  17. * enemy skills are nerfed compared to ours a lot, they rely on their better stats and your much lower HP pools

  19. ---> Dark CPU - Brilliance of the End (Dark Purple 1/2 "nuke" move) is only 1200 power, but dark CPUs have insane stats in general
  20. ---> Dark Orange's Nuke "Cursed Heavens" is 2500 power (and pure magic as you would assume from its appearance)
  21. * chips for reduced Physical or reduced Magical damage are -5% per level, so Lv5 is -25%
  22. * the -Phys +Magic / +Phys -Magic are more effective - 10% per level in both directions, so Lv5 cuts the strong side in half and presumably increases the weak side by 50%
