Acp null banned

Note: This is not concrete proof, but I got what I could have.
A few days ago, I got mod on ACP. I decided to ban a suspicious null (unregistered user) on ACP chat. Max was AFK at the time.
When I banned it, I noticed many things: Max went offline, along with 4 other nulls excluding the banned null. Meaning, max put 5 nulls on chat 2 hours before the UK event.
All the proof I have, too bad I didn't record it. This is barely any proof, it's just an add-on to all the other concrete proof people have.

Max was afk, and all his messages got scrolled up, meaning if someone comes on chat after max got hit offline, they won't see him on the users list. This also applies to people who signed in and out or got promoted and demoted on chat (ME) that's why you can't see max on the users list.

After I confronted Max and told him about what happened when he was afk. He said; and I quote: ":s :S It was probably a glitch" and then I got banned forever.

Every single person who has dirt on ACP are getting banned forever.
