pransu again, logged in as me, he also logged in as other ones, and one was as lady xeterovi .. i checked IP's and they were all from the same one. mrreader was present but no other mod seemed to b active other than him. i pm'd him as i vry quickly realised something was not right with the chatter Lucy_3 .... i said to him, is that pransu?    i did
nt get a response for a while, so i thought it was just me as an active mod so i investigated/monitored and whilst i was doing this, mrreader banned me!!

yes!! he banned my IP and luckily i didnt log out of the room and still had the pm window open and was able to pm him ... otherwise! i would not hav been able to access the site again

Hmmm ... I hope he apologized when he realized the mistake?  I know it can be difficult to tell at times who's who when there's a troll around stealing other chatter's identities, but even so banning you seems a bit hasty!  :\

it appears that mrreader  was not paying attention to what was happening and just reacted. he doesnt engage in conversation with me and tends to assume alot about me and this is concerning me, as he is may b painting me in the wrong light :(  and also making decisions like the one that ended up with me being banned.

when i join the room, mrreader has a made a habit of pming me (no hello, no nothing) and saying dont voice easyaspie all he does is complain.  at first i listened to him and didnt voice easyaspie as i respected his decision as something may hav occured that i wasnt aware of so i complied with his wishes.  then i monitored easy as pie and could see
that he was just saying hi, chat, lonely, is there a mod pls etc.. so one time i saw that he had been voiced and i thought, ahh opportunity to interact with easyaspie to see for myself what is going on .. so i had a conversation with easyaspie and he calmed down, he shared a magic trick vid and was ok with me .. then mrreader pm's me and says dont
voice him cos he devoiced him .. i said why? he didnt respond.

as for billHW ... when he first joined the room ..( couple of months ago? ) i said the usual hey how r u? and added, so what bring u to this chatroom... to which he replied, mrreader invited me. i said ok cool.   BillyHW has not chatted for weeks! (6wks?) when i am on at least, i dont kno if he chats when i am not on.   i dont voice him for the rea
son that all he does when iv been on is join and quit .. so one day i thought i will pm mrreader and ask if we hav to voice him when he hasnt chatted in weeks and i also saw this as an opportunity to find out what i should do as a mod if another chatter does this, so i asked him and told him im asking cos i dont kno what to do ..  he told me to jus

as for rainbowrabbit, she was getting a bit mouthy (lack of s better word) but i didnt react until she called me silly, i then intervened and gave her time out... to which she spammed me in pm (to which i didnt feed the fire so to speak) and she continued to call me silly and asked perhaps i should call u an idiot next time, well i just left her de
voiced if this was going to b her attitude.  she then logged off. nxt time she came on, another day, i was on and i immediately voiced her cos i thought it was rabbitwolf ! easily done, 2 rabbits yeh?  anyway, shortly after i realised and devoiced her because i thought until we resolve her previous outburst. at this time mrreader was keeping easyas
pie devoiced for unresolved chatting style, so i thought ok i will keep rainbowrabbit like that too... also i asked rainbowrabbit on the day of the name calling to apologise and she spammed me with hate ..

yeh, im not an argumentative person, direct yes, but not unreasonable and def do not react but rather prefer to respond , if that makes sense?    thats why i called a meeting because i wanted to resolve things which i wasnt able to do .. umm i told mrdata about rainbowrabbit and drew comparison to easyaspie because yes it was confusing with mrdata
telling me to voice both of them, but i said to mrdata why is easyaspie being devoiced when i hav chatted with him directly. also how does this work, u say to voice and mreader says dont, who do i listen to?

i hav even tried to make devoice with some, like the more volitile ones, sirk, mails, etc.. a bit more fun so that they get the point but not further making them hostile .. so i am trying to be a good mod, but recent events hav needed a meeting of us mods so that i can implement and resolve room behavior even better

I find de-voicing for a time is a good deterrent too!  Serves as a warning that a ban could be the next stage as well as a slap on the wrist

yeh i dont kno why mrreader is like that, i hav tried to interact with him .. what i hav observed happening is alot of the time in the evening after callipygous is on away, i am left to mod the room on my own .. so i hav been learning on my own what to do cos i dont hav anyone to turn to, so i hav been researching the role of a mod and what they do
