- personality - Yuu is a kinda peculiar girl. She loves to laugh, but isn't smiling that much. She laughs at Dad Jokes and Stupid Pick Up Lines. Yes, this is type of her humour that you need to win her over. She also likes to be alone, but sometimes feels to suffocated to be left all alone in a room. She has energetic moments, when she will just around the dorm and bother her roommates or sometimes is so quiet they are not even sure if she's there or not. She is really patient, cares about other people a lot, almost motherly. Only has ironic or sarcastic notes, when she feels annoyed or somebody woke her up or didn't let her nap.
- background - She was born in Bergen, Norway to Elda Pettersen and Kim Seojun, kinda peculiar couple, but they loved each other. She lived in Bergen for 10 years, then her family decided to move to South Korea, to Seoul exactly. Her cousin was a trainee at that time, a trainee at CUBE. She wanted to dance and asked her mother to sign her up for an academy. Yuu had a problem while living in Korea as she barely spoke the language, but showing such an excitement for something like a dance, made both of her parents happy. She began to dance only two weeks after she reached 11 years old. Around the age of 13 she found a huge love with writing and when she was 14 she walked up to her mother and said that she wants to be an idol. Her parents were a bit sceptic, but they loved their daughter and wanted her to be happy. So they let her try. At first, she applied for CUBE, Fantagio and FNC. She got into CUBE and Fantagio but decided for Fantago in the end. Sadly, she left because of ending up in a slump. After four months she joined Woollim.
