Multi Mayhem Tournament [RD]

Mega Grievous' Multi Mayhem Tournament!

The Multi Mayhem Tournament is a standard multi-battle tournament with a bit of a twist: people's partners are randomly selected! Before the tourney could commence, a few things would need to happen:
1) Due to this tournament requiring many people (as we're playing multis), a minimum of around 64 people would need to join. More could, and a few less could, but 32 is a good number to shoot for.
2) Have an easy method to randomly select pairs! Using Challonge's matchmaker system, you could use them as pairs and then commence the tournament.

RULES:
1) All battles will be done in pairs, as this is a multi battle tournament.
2) Pokemon availability will we set by the rules of DOUBLES OU AND BELOW. This means certain Pokemon, like Mega Salamence, will be legal in this tournament.
3) Don't complain about your partner. We know a sour pairing will make the tournament a tad less fun, but do your best regardless!
4) Standard SL rules apply, unless Doubles OU state otherwise.
5) ALL BATTLES MUST BE SAVED AS BATTLE VIDEOS. Due to this tournament happening with USUM players, remember than people using normal SM cannot save battles held with USUM players!

HOW THE TOURNAMENT WORKS:
The tournament will have around a two-week to one-month sign-up period, in which people may register themselves and 12 Pokemon to be used. These Pokemon may be changed until 1 day before the tournament begins. In order to make communication easier, the person will also register their Skype and/or Discord name/ID.
-These Pokemon cannot have more than 2 Mega Evolutions, cannot break Species Clause, and cannot contain more than 3 Pokemon holding the same item. If you have Pokemon from Ultra Sun/Moon (Naganadel, Stakataka, Poipole, Blacephalon), be sure to have one team without these, as it is likely that there will be people with normal Sun/Moon in this tournament.
After the sign-up period, the random pairs of competitors will be chosen and they will be given 1 WEEK to contact and create teams. Teams will be made from the 12 Pokemon registered (each player can only use the 12 they chose). There is no restriction to strategy as long as it is allowed under Doubles OU rules.
After this period, battles will commence. These battles will be standard 3+3 vs. 3+3 multi battles. The victorious team of two players will advance to the next round. DCs that are not suspicious will be allowed a rematch, but suspicious DCs that can be blamed on a team will be counted as disqualification.
The victorious pair is determined after the final round as the winners of the battle. Both members of the pair will receive:
-A bred Pokemon of their choosing, including Egg Moves, Nature, Ability, and Ball of choice
-A Mega Stone of their choice and a BP item of their choice
-3 Silver League gold medals, used to purchase items and other things within the Silver League Battle Frontier Shop
