Tempest, Force of Nature!

- FULL NAME: Amamiya Akira

- Quirk - Tempest: Tempest is Akira's quirk, that allows him to control, generate and manipulate winds at will. His quirk allows him to generally create shapes and twisters with his winds, the force of which he can control at will to keep damage done to a minimum, or greatly injure his targets, sheer off solid rock or just augment his natural physical ability. His abilities include refining winds enough to the point of it being capable of slicing things akin to a very sharp sword. While he has precision with his quirk, he has yet to gain the proper skills needed to fly without looking awkward - but does however retain the abilities for rescue via gentle twisters or shapes of varying size and wind speeds to keep them from harming those he is saving. He can shoot powerful concussive blasts of Air, barriers out of Air, exhale controlled gusts of wind, and push himself to move as well as run faster while completely negating any air resistance to move up vertical surfaces.

- APPEARANCE: Akira has shaggy chin-length brown hair with bangs and reddish-brown eyes. He wears a tan peacoat with black buttons, striped black and white tie, black trousers, and black gloves. His body is built lean but strong from his training to become a hero and join the ranks of U.A. His casual outfitting generally consists of a white dress-shirt, blue sweater, tan formal jeans and black shoes.

His Hero outfit as Tempest consists of a princely pure white royal outfit with red accents and a red, long-nosed mask. His mask is red in color similar to his cape, and has a pointed nose akin to a tengu. His image is a combination of a noble's attire and a uniform worn by cavalry or guards of honor, meant to give off the heir of a champion.

- A BRIEF BACKSTORY ON THE OC: Like most children gifted with prodigious quirks, Akira was often praised and 'put on a pedestal' fromt a young age, in spite of this however he did well in making sure to never let this inflate his ego too highly. He admires individuals with strong quirks, or simply anyone who has or has used the means to make theirs unique or strong if not inherently so. A negative part of his upbringing however is the Back-Handed nature of his persona, typically offering rude compliments to anyone whom he may see as a potential rival, and even more so to people he grooms as incompetent. Despite this he is not entirely monstrous, as he shows a genuine kindness and a fondness for heroes and the good they do. After sometime spent dedicating himself to improvement, he gained the opportunity to attend the prestigious U.A Hero Academy, to which he intends to use as a stepping stone to greatness.
