【剧　　情】

　　影片的故事紧承第一集。
　　在第一集中房产评估家路易莎失踪在瓦德马尔，她的大学同学爱德华多和安娜都决定要深入古宅找到路易莎。与此同时私家侦探尼古拉斯也还在继续着自己寻找路易莎的工作。瓦德马尔古宅是瓦德马尔夫妇留下来的遗产，他们是一对心地善良的夫妻。在世时，他们收养了很多孤儿。但是不料，一个黑魔法师却认为在瓦德马尔古宅里隐藏了一个万能的灵魂，于是便祭出通灵仪式，召唤出一个恶灵。从此，瓦德马尔古宅就变成了人间地狱。历史悠久的古宅也随即变成了阴宅。随着古宅的名气越来越大、谜团越来越多，来到这里寻找失踪人员和希望解开古宅之谜的人也越来越多。社会上各种各样的人都来到了瓦德马尔古宅。随着他们的调查，古宅之谜似乎被揭开了冰山一角，但是事情真的如此么？他们能否全身而退呢？
