  1. Colt Merton had always been the runt of the litter, a small and seeming fragile boy. A weasel of a person in all aspects of the word, small, slim with pointed features and sly eyes. He had learned use his agile body to weave through bustling cities and bristled hedgerows alike. His nimble fingers quickly looted the pockets of passers by of the little coins they had so he could feed not just his stomach but his passion. Greed was not what drove Colt, far from it, but rather the fact to test himself to see how he could challenge himself. He had the heart of a daredevil but the body of a coward, and the mentality of one in the cases of being caught. But ignorance is bliss and as a child he usually got out of hostile situations with just a slap on the wrist, after all how could he know better?

  3. Slim features an' agile build, dark shaggy hair and jade green eyes. Partially tanned skin rested below the dirt covered face. There was no better word to describe the rag dressed boy than 'scruffy'. His clothes werent just 'pre-owned' they were close to being family heirlooms or at least someones family heirloom. The words Second-hand meant practically royalty to this boy, many adventurers had seen Kobolds and Goblins with more fashion sense and high-quality garments. Heroes with humble beginnings could be mistaken for high-borns in the presence of this boy. There was only one thing in the caste system placed below Colt and that was feral children and even then they gave him a run for his money.. or lack of it in this case.

  6. The young boy saunters into the tavern, a mischievous and proud smirk painted on his face. The boy tossed a copper piece into the air and attempted to catch it, fumbling for a few moments as it slipped through his grasps. After the two attempts to keep the coin in his hands he sat down on a wooden stool, and glanced around the room at the drunkards and travelers alike "They're all the same, grown-ups.." he thought to himself before his hand gestured to the bartender, his stomach was already rumbling.
