  1. >You awake to something shifting under your sheets
  2. >In a panic you reach for your gun and flashlight, you shine down onto the bed invader, It's... Buddy?
  3. Yo Buddy, what's up man?
  4. >"A-anon I s-s-saw s-something o-outside m-m-my window!"
  5. >DEFCON 1
  6. >You tactical roll out of bed and stand up, gun aimed and flashlight in FBI mode
  7. >More like draw fire to the left of you while opening fire with your right, but whatever
  8. >Slowly you walk the floors, walking on the ball of your foot to minimize noise
  9. >As you near his room, there's a clattering noise outside
  10. >You shine through the window, landing upon a very drunk and startled looking Twilight
  11. >She waves and begins to speak through the window
  12. >"Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey Anonymoush"
  13.
  14. 1/x
  15.
  16. Twilight... It's
  17. >You look to your watch, 2240
  18. Twilight It's 2240 what the hell are you doing here
  19. >"I wash *hic* talking to Rainbow Dash and she took out some *hic* whishkey... So I shaid why naht y'know"
  20. Yes yes, I can tell, why are you here
  21. >"*hic* well I jusht thought, I didn't shee you recently, but other poniesh have, sho I came to shay helloh!"
  22. ...How far are you from your house?
  23. >"A few milshe, could I crash at your place tonight, I'm a bit tired..."
  24. Come to the front... I guess
  25. >"Thanksh, you're a cool guy Anonoonononomoose"
  26. >She leaves the window and you unlock the front door, opening and letting Twilight in
  27. I haven't got a guest room, so you can sleep on the couch tonight
  28.
  29. 2/x
  30.
  31. >You grab a few blankets, handing one to her as she settles down on the couch
  32. >"Goodnight Anononoymousseee"
  33. Goodnight Twilight
  34. >Walking back to the room, Buddy peers his head up "I-is it gone?"
  35. We have a guest today, so go back to sleep in your room tonight I suppose, and lock the door just in case
  36. >"O-ok" Buddy takes off and rushes into his room, locking the door
  37. >However you just collapse into the bed, attempting to fall asleep
  38. >The telltale sound of hooves hitting the ground make you open your eyes
  39. >Twilight lays herself down beside you, grabbing some of the blanket and draping it sloppily onto yourself
  40. >You know what, why the hell not
  41. >Sleep comes easily with the warm grape drank pony in front of you
  42.
  43. 3/x
  44.
  45. >You awake to the sound of Twilight bickering
  46. >"ohmigoshmohmiggoshohmiggosh! I can't believe I slept with him, never again will I get drunk"
  47. Twilight
  48. >"I can't believe I let Rainbow dash trick me into getting drunk"
  49. Twilight
  50. >"Oh boy what if the princess finds ou-"
  51. TWILIGHT
  52. >"Y-yes Anon?"
  53. You didn't sleep with me, you came here drunk out of your mind and fell asleep in my bed... That's it. Nothing happened
  54. >"PHEW! That's a load off my mind. I was really worried that something had happened"
  55. Don't worry, I don't do interspecies stuff.
  56. >Instantly Buddy walks in
  57. >"Who's this Anon?" he asks
  58. This was our guest last night Buddy
  59. >Twilight turns, waves, and then gasps, "Oh my gosh you have a baby dragon too?!"
  60. Uh... Yeah... You live with one as well?
  61. >"Do I ever!"
  62.
  63. 4/x
  64.
  65. >She spends the next 7 minutes blathering on about her baby dragon Spike
  66. Hey Twilight, we can talk about this after breakfast, let's go eat
  67. >"Oh, uh, sure." she smiles
  68. >The three of you head downstairs, you leaving Twilight and Buddy to talk while you fix breakfast
  69. So what do ponies usually eat, eggs, cereal?
  70. >"Eggs are fine"
  71. >You take some out of the fridge and crack them into a bowl, beating them to a nice consistency with a fork
  72. >Adding a little oil, they are set to cook in the pan over the burner, occasionally moving them around, until they're done
  73. >Three plates are filled with eggs and salted, you place some cutlery down on the table and give everyone their food
  74. >God these eggs are good
  75. >"So anon how did you and Buddy here end up meeting eachother?"
  76. Well, he just arrived at the door from Celestia, so I took him in and his name is fairly true.
  77. >"He let me play video games!" he shouts enthusiastically
  78. >"Video games?" Twilight questions
  79. >Here we go...
  80.
  81. 5/x
  82.
  83. >Turning on your mp3 and setting it on the table, you flip through the games showing Twilight
  84. Human technology, pretty simple to make back home, didn't see anything like it here.
  85. >You tap angry birds, setting it on and giving it to Buddy
  86. Mess around with that as long as you'd like, I've got to take care of some business
  87. >And with that you're off to the basement, fetching seeds and fertilizer before heading out
  88. >The fertilizer is placed down, and the seeds scattered on top, water poured onto it
  89. >Same old same old, sprouts fast
  90. >After an hour they're already halfway grown, and you've fixed all the issues with them so far, before heading back in
  91. >Twilight and Buddy are playing the game still.
  92. Hey, I'm going to need to charge that, so come to the couch so it can get some sunlight
  93. >You connect the solar charger to it and give it back to them seated on the couch
  94. >Heading out again to tend to the plants, you leave them to the game
  95.
  96. 6/x
  97.
  98. >After a few hours you've already collected the buds, and placed them in the drying room, seperated from early harvest to later harvest
  99. >A look of the watch shows it to be 1200
  100. Yo, Twilight, wouldn't Spike be wondering where you've gone? It's already 1200
  101. >"Oh! I totally forgot!" she magics the ipod to Buddy, "I live in the big tree in the middle of town, come see me sometime, Buddy can have fun with Spike" and with that she teleports off in an instant
  102. I don't eve-
  103. >Magic, right
  104. Hey Buddy, you want to go hang out with Spike later today? I need to get some stuff from town anyhow.
  105. >"Sure! Just lemme finish this game real quick"
  106. Just this one, It's a long trip anyhow. Gotta go sooner or later
  107. >You sniff you arms
  108. I could use a shower though...
  109.
  110. 7/x
  111.
  112. >A quick shower of cold icy refreshing goodness and new clothing, you take some of the weed from the curing room and roll some joints to sell, gotta get cash some how
  113. >You set off with Buddy towards Ponyville, 30 bits for what you needed, and the weed for getting more
  114. >Within a few hours of walking in the hot sun, you arrive in town with Buddy, instantly spotting the huge tree in town
  115. >A few quick knocks and Twilight is there, alongside a small green and purple dragon
  116. Hey Twilight, I brought Buddy
  117. >"Hey! You're Spike right?" Buddy rushes to question Spike
  118. >"Yep, I'm Spike, and you're buddy?" he questions back
  119. >"Of course!"
  120. Haha, you two have fun, say Twilight, can I leave them here for a little bit? I need to get some stuff in town real quick and haul it back home...
  121. >"Sure! Just be back in a few hours ok?"
  122. Works for me, I'll be back as soon as possible.
  123.
  124. 8/x
  125.
  126. >You head into town, looking for rice and possibly a better method of transportation
  127. >The rice was easy to find, 17 bits for a 50 pound sack, good deal
  128. >No transportation in sight, however, you did find a smoke shop near by
  129. >Hot damn, this might be your chance to get some cash
  130. >Walking in the smell of tobacco assaults your senses, alongside lots of incense and other things
  131. >"Hello sir!" the cashier says
  132. Hello, I'm wondering if I could talk to you about a new product you might want to carry.
  133. >"Now what would that be?"
  134. >You pull out the joints
  135. Medicinal, calming, stimulating, great feeling smokeables
  136. >"Say then, what plant is it? Tobacco? I've got all you'd want!"
  137. No, It's a new plant I introduced here, back home we call it Marijuana. Inside is THC, makes you feel good all over, calming, stimulating, pain killing
  138. >"Sounds like a miracle drug! But I've got to test it before I sell it"
  139. It smells a bit... Well... bad, so It'd be better to do this outside
  140. >"Nah, I've got a smoke room with good ventilation, come with me"
  141.
  142. 9/x
  143.
  144. >You follow into the back, where sure enough, a fan was blowing, hard
  145. >Pulling out a lighter, you light the joint and hand it to him
  146. Hold it in as long as possible
  147. >"Gotcha" he takes a long drag and holds it as long as possible, before spewing it out after a minute or so
  148. >"*cough* Hey this doesn't feel that bad, smells awful, but... oh" he says before getting very calm
  149. Did it kick in?
  150. >"Yeah man, this feels greaaaaaat."
  151. How would you like to have an entire jar every few weeks of this stuff? Sell it for 5 bits a gram, you can smoke it in the pipes you have here
  152. >"This stuff could save my business man, how much you want for a jar?"
  153. Well, a jar has pounds and pounds of this stuff, for the first one how about 200 bits, just so you can get a good following for cheap?
  154. >"Deal, bring it here and I'll buy it"
  155. Thanks man
  156. >You take off and haul the bag of rice home, before jogging back with the jar, careful not to drop it
  157. >Entering the smoke shop, you set it down fast, and he slides you the bits
  158. Thanks man, I'll be sure to check back later with another jar.
  159. >"No thank YOU"
  160. >Life is looking up
  161.
  162. 10/10
  163.
  164. >By now It's time to pick up Buddy from Twilight, god knows how long he's been there, probably hungry for some gems or what not
  165. >The trip is short and with a few swift knocks the door opens and Twilight steps forward
  166. >"Hi Anon! You here to pick up Buddy? They've really bonded a bit" she asks eagerly
  167. Yep, gotta go home some time, take him off your hands for a bit, I'll make sure to come by some time or you can visit me
  168. >Buddy walks out and you both wave to Twilight as you depart
  169. >Nice mare, a little nutty, but nice
  170. >The trip home is mostly silent, ponies not paying attention to you, nothing really catches your eyes, the jingling of bits in your pocket the only real noise other than boots on gravel
  171. >Eventually arriving home, you open the door and let Buddy run in, while you tend to the buds
  172. >They're thoroughly dried, goddamn magic, and ready to be cured.
  173. >Simply enough you stow them in the curing room and go take a shower, the cold water calming your nerves while causing you to burst in a giggling fit
  174.
  175. 1/x
  176.
  177. >After drying off. Buddy is playing on the ipod again, It's time for dinner though
  178. >Pasta, sauce, a little bit of chopped chicken, It's all good
  179. >As It's set to cook you turn and sit down next to buddy
  180. So what'd you do with Spike?
  181. >"Oh! We talked and played, tons of stuff! He's really nice!"
  182. It's always good to have friends
  183. >Soon the timer rings off and the pasta is cooked, strained over the sink and mixed with the meat and sauce
  184. >A simple dinner, nothing special, you mixed in some gems in Buddy's dish and you both ate dinner in silence
  185. >"Hey Anon?"
  186. Yeah Buddy?
  187. >"What was your world like?"
  188. >He eagerly awaits your question, you're at a loss of what to say
  189. Well... Buddy...
  190.
  191. 2/x
  192.
  193. My world isn't too kind, the strong survive, and if you slip up just once you might be imprisoned for years. Or dead... Hell I got jail time for punching a guy in the face, complete bull if you ask me.
  194. >"What did the world look like?"
  195. Towering buildings, mountains, planes, like Equestria but huge, full of metal carriages moving around, people not like me really...
  196. >"Were they bad?"
  197. Nobody's inheritely bad, It's all decisions. Some people just made worse ones than others... Crime was rampant, and I'll admit it I was a criminal
  198. >"You were a criminal?"
  199. I dealt drugs, drugs that change people, they make you feel good or happy, but they could also do great harm. People who fell prey to some drugs were never the same, would sell their children for another gram... I'm not going to repeat my mistakes.
  200. >"So, is that why you told me not to mess with the jars?"
  201. That drug is less harmful, it won't ruin your entire life unless you're a weak minded person. I myself never would touch most drugs, It's a waste of time and money... I prefer being happy somewhere else
  202. >You continue eating in silence for a little bit
  203.
  204. 3/x
  205.
  206. >"Did you hurt people?"
  207. Hurt people? Yeah, I saw entire lives go to waste, people withering away in the slums on drugs I gave to them, do I regret it, sure...
  208. >"So why do it?"
  209. It's business money, I was broke, no money, drugs are something that you will always earn money on. People get addicted, they need it, they crave it... A bit too much... let's finish dinner and we'll continue talking
  210. >Buddy opens his mouth to speak but appears to lose what he was about to say, and continues digging in
  211. >Once both dishes are empty and washed you both go to his room to talk
  212. No matter who does it, no matter why, don't fall prey to drugs or tricks. It's a waste of time and money, I promise you... I've had many a friend wither away in the past due to their addictions.
  213. >"I understand"
  214. Good, now go brush your teeth to bed, we can talk more in the morning.
  215. >You brush your teeth in the kitchen and then go to bed
  216. >Sleep comes instantly and dreamlessly.
  217.
  218. 4/4
  219.
  220. >Eventually the watch alarm goes off and wakes you up, blaring loud enough to cause you to rise but not enough to be painful
  221. >The morning routine is quick and simple, leaving you to your business in the curing room
  222. >The buds are fully cured and ready to be ground, again filling up two jars full of good product.
  223. >By now Buddy has rose and is demanding breakfast, so you hurry and wrap one of the jars and buddy sends it up to Celestia again
  224. >Gorilla munch for breakfast again, works fine, Buddy sits there devouring the food while you reflect back to last night
  225. >Was he ready for such a talk?
  226. >Did you really need to tell him that?
  227. >He' just a kid...
  228. >Nevermind that, he's almost done with breakfast
  229. >The dishes are easily washed, leaving you and Buddy with nothing to do
  230.
  231. 1/x
  232.
  233. >"C-can I go play on the Ipod again?"
  234. Yeah why not
  235. >If he gets raised on vidja games he's going to turn out to be a fat sack of shit, once he's able to run with you he's coming with ya.
  236. >Fat dragon, what would that even look li-
  237. >There's a knock on the door
  238. >Opening it reveals none other than Twilight and Spike
  239. Hey! Brought Spike for another playdate I see?
  240. >"Yeah! I told him about the, what was it, Ipod you had and he wanted to check it out for himself!" Twilight says eagerly
  241. Come on in I suppose, I've got nothing to do all day anyhow.
  242. >You grab a few beverages from the fridge
  243. >"You don't have a job?"
  244. Celestia pays me per crops I produce, she gets half of the claim and gives me some bits, works for me but I feel It's a bit too much money per jar...
  245. >"How much do you earn per jar?"
  246. Two hundred bits
  247. >"And how long does it take to grow a jar?"
  248. About a day
  249. >She does a spit take
  250.
  251. 2/x
  252.
  253. >"B-but that's over 5000 bits a month!"
  254. Plus whatever I get for selling the jars, but so far I've only grown four jars since I got here, I have no need for money here
  255. >"I respect that you're not farming this for money"
  256. I didn't even want any money, I could easily sell the stuff and get what I needed, why would I need government subsidies?
  257. >"Maybe Celestia just wants you to adjust to life here or something..."
  258. Yeah, wish she didn't. I don't want to feel like a sack of shit just because I grow some plants.
  259. >"Mmhmm"
  260. Y'think that they'll be ok here? I could make some snacks for them, I'm bored already
  261. >"I suppose, where would you want to go?"
  262. Is there anywhere to just relax? First I wake up here, then I get chased and attacked, jailed, and all this bull and finally end up here
  263. >"Well, there are a few places, the spa is nice but expensive, and a local lake..."
  264. >You rub your aching muscles
  265. How much money would a full treatment be?
  266. >"One hundred bits"
  267. Heck I've got two hundred, wanna come with me then?
  268. >"Sure!"
  269.
  270. 3/x
  271.
  272. >The trip is uneventful and the jingle of the bell to the spa signals the workers to come in
  273. >As they saw you towering beside Twilight they froze, but then gradually became less tense as they noticed Twilight smiling and you rubbing your shoulder
  274. >"Ah! Twilight! Who's this?" say the colorful ponies
  275. >"This is Anonymous! Anonymous this is Aloe and Lotus" Twilight says cheerfully
  276. Hey there, heard this was the place to be to relax so why not eh?
  277. >"Ah yes! What treatment would you like to purchase?"
  278. >You look down onto the flier
  279. Full treatment for two please
  280. >You pull out the bits and you swear you heard a cash register open somewhere
  281. >In an instant you have a pony jabbing you in the back and forcing you into the spa room, where you are met with the sight of a jumbo sized tub set by a few others
  282. >A white pony is sitting there with a face mask just laying, unicorn in seems, while you're ushered into the tub with Twilight
  283. >Your muscles untense as the hot soapy water rushes over your body, and for a few minutes all is silent
  284. >"Didn't I tell you this was relaxing Anonymous? It feels soooo goood" Twilight admits
  285. Yeah yeah, It's ok
  286. >"Twilight? Who's that manly sounding Stallion you're with?"
  287.
  288. 4/x
  289.
  290. >You look over and spot... Her
  291. >She was the one following you when you first came to town
  292. >"I-It's that monster! Twilight, why are you with that, that thing?"
  293. Cram it will you, we came here to relax
  294. >"Yeah Rarity, he's harmless! He even paid for us to go here!"
  295. >"Harmless? He kicked Rainbow Dash in the face! Her wings are still injured from the crash!"
  296. And she hit me into a tree so hard I almost died, we're even, now please, let me relax.
  297. >"Hmpf! Fine, but you stay over there!" she spits out with vemon to her words
  298. Will do
  299. >The rest of the spa bath is silent, until Aloe rushes you out into the mud room after 30 minutes
  300. Bathing in mud? Well if you say so...
  301. >You submerge in the thick brown mud
  302. Hey, now I'm black!
  303. >"But anonymous... You're brown..."
  304. Y'know what, never mind
  305. >Rarity comes in and sneers again, before submerging herself in the mud bath farthest away from you
  306.
  307. 5/x
  308.
  309. >"So... Twilight, how did you get to know... This... monster?" Rarity asks quietly, but you are still able to hear
  310. >"After I found him chained in the castle, Celestia, Luna, and I had figured out he was harmless, and he was a nice person, will only hurt people if they try to hurt him. He even shared some of his, what was that Anonymous?" Twilight asks
  311. Weed?
  312. >"Yes, weed, it made me feel calm and happy, same for the princesses, so they pay him to grow the stuff outside of town?" she says happily
  313. >"Well, Anonymous, seems as if you aren't, all bad, I must try this weed some time, if Twilight likes it I'm sure I will as well."
  314. I sold some to the smoke shop, check that out if you want, for now, let's just enjoy what we paid for
  315. >And so you do.
  316.
  317. 6/6
