Quinoa Flour Pizza!~

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  3. Line cake pan with parchment paper.
  4.  
  5. In a large bowl mix together:
  6. 1 cup quinoa flour
  7. 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  8. 1 tbsp ground flax
  9. 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  10. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  11. 1/2 tsp oregano
  12. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  13.  
  14. Once mixed well, add 3/4 cup water and slowly blend with spatula, make a thick batter.

  16. Spread the batter onto the prepared pan, smooth out evenly.

  18. Bake for 20 minutes at 400F.

  20. Remove from the oven and using the parchment paper flip the crust over, peeling back the paper.

  22. Take out of oven and spread on no-salt tomato sauce.
  23. Sprinkle over 1/2 tsp basil.
  24.  
  25. Top with:
  26. Broccoli florets
  27. Sliced mushrooms
  28. Corn
  29. Chopped spinach
  30.  
  31. Bake for 5 more minutes.
  32.  
  33. Sprinkle on nutritional yeast!
  34.  
  35. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve!
