  1. Go Plus Fix Steps:
  2. If the Pokemon Go Plus or Gotcha is not responding to touch, first try replacing the battery (or charging for a go plus).
  3.
  4.
  5.
  6. Step 1: In Pokemon Go - Settings -> Pokemon Go Plus -> Hit the Eject button by the Pokemon Go plus Icon and Name. Completely close Pokemon Go.
  7. Step 2: On the PoGo Plus - Hold down the button for ~10 seconds until it turns solid blue, then let go and press it again for ~5 seconds until it vibrates.
  8. Step 3: In Android/iOS - Settings -> Bluetooth -> Select your Pokemon Go Plus in the list of Paired devices, then hit "Unpair".
  9. Step 4: [ANDROID ONLY] Press the button on the PoGo Plus and then on the phone, find it in the list of Bluetooth devices on the same screen as above and click on it to connect. The device should buzz and should show up on your phone under paired devices.
  10. Step 5: Open Pokemon Go - Go into Settings -> Pokemon Go Plus.
  11. Press the button on the PoGo Plus (this should cause the middle of the icon in the app to turn green). Click on the icon/name in the settings menu and allow the device to pair. [On iOS this will prompt you to pair the device, hit "pair" when it pops up]
  12. Step 6: Thank Rich for writing this guide up.
  13.
  14. The steps for a Gotcha are the exact same except unpair in the gotcha settings is the screen with a Phone and a checkbox and the button needs to be pressed until that checkbox unchecks.
  15.
  16. Special Gotcha Note: If the battery is drained completely down to 0% it may not respond to touch or being plugged into a charger. To fix this, quickly move the gotcha in and out of the charger 5-6 times. This should reset it to a state where the battery can be charged again.
