Introduction: Greetings! And thank you for taking the time to read my application for Staff on the SynexMC.NET server. I am excited to apply at this pivotal time in Synex's development. Although SynexMC is a fairly small server, I can envision a bright (and profitable) future for this team.

Requirements:
[An active skype that you can check Atleast once a day] This will not be an issue; I will be willing to share my cell phone number, email and VOIP programs as needed.
[The abillity to be online every day for Atleast 2 hours] I currently play minecraft on various servers for about 6 hours a night. I could focus more of my time w/ the SynexMC team if needed.
[Not being staff on ANY other server] - Other than running my own private/whitelisted server (which is now closed); I am not currently a member of any Minecraft Server staff.
[Being mature and willing to give up on swearing & rudeness as long as you are in the staff team] - I an not a vulgar person by nature. This will not be an issue.
[A working headphones for skype calls & The abillity to talk in a skype call.] - This too is not an issue.

how much time can you commit to SynexMC as a Staff member?
As I mentioned above, I should be able to commit around 5 or 6 hours a day. My secular career (A am a Service Manager for a State) may prevent me from logging in on the rare occasion. I am confident I can spend a solid 40 hours a week online.
Do you have a microphone/headset? As stated above yes.
Why do you want this rank?
More than the rank, I would like to be a part of this growing team to help the SynexMC community develop and prosper. As a new member of this community I see a number of areas where there could be improvement (Example: forum guides for which plugins are active on the server; Question and Answer sessions with development, Staff hierarchy charts on the forums, and so on...)
How do you think you can assist the server?
My immediate assistance could be with helping develop and improve the forums and website. I feel that based on past experience I could really grow the community and improve the population counts across the board. Long term, I would love to participate with the development and direction of the server.

Perm ban - DDoS attacks, Unfair advantage hacks (reach, lag, duplication, anti-knockback, Mob aura), Threats of bodily harm (example: "I will find where you live and I will kill you.")
Temp ban - Quality of life hacks (no fall damage, full bright, anti-afk, macros), also Racist or homophobic slurs (Faggot, N-word, and so-on)
Mute - Spam, aggressive talk in chat, all caps spam, advertising...
Tell us a bit about yourself:
I am an avid gamer; I have played many online games from World of Warcraft to League of Legends. I work with customers and clients to facilitate communication in a Service Industry (Pest Control Service Manager). I have a desire to take on challenging projects, and I often do. I have wanted to participate at some level of development for some time with a Minecraft server. I saw the advertisement today, and thought "nows my chance."
Have you been in trouble before, and if so why? [include bans, warnings, mutes]: I have not been warned or muted for any reason that I know. I have been banned for using a hacked client with FullBright on a survival server (I was recording a video for youtube and needed that feature).
Why should we picked you as staff over others?
I have a love for this game, and I have a lot of experience to bring to the team. Although I do not know much about the software behind the scenes of running a Minecraft server; I have 2 computer science degrees and an art degree.
Do you have any previous expiriences? If yes, list the name of each server. I managed and was a builder of my own whitelisted server. There were minimal plugins, but I was very good at finding and debugging issues when they presented themselves. That server has been closed for many years now. It was called "MineHeroes." (unrelated to the current MineHeroes).
Are you able to be online 15 hours [max] in a week? I should be able to be online around 40 hours a week or so.
Are you staff on other servers? As I stated above, No.

I am very good with planning, development schedules and goal setting. I utilize these skills to drive projects along despite challenging deadlines.
I am good with communication (this includes proofreading - example: in your last question you spelled "strength - strenght); I am an effective communicator and consider myself a diplomat. I can manage a team, as well as work well with others.
