Anonymous: It has occurred to me that I will never meet another individual who functions similar to me. Everyone I have met has only provided temporary entertainment and can easily be manipulated. As I grew older I believed that others such as me would spring up and allow me to feel less isolated. I was wrong. While my current best friend is highly intelligent, he is rarely accessible. I have spent the majority of my life isolated, but I was satisfied. Unwilling to be brainwashed into believing I had an issue, regardless of the claims I was “anti-social”. I refuse to care that I can’t socialize with the left brained cretins that inhabit this planet. Manipulating them is more satisfying and provides more benefits. Of course, when living amongst imbeciles, I do feel isolated. I don’t mean to sound narcissistic. Perhaps I shouldn’t imply superiority, but is it negative to acknowledge my capabilities? I wish I could encounter individuals who shared similar ideals, regarding the planet and society. Individuals who genuinely made me feel incompetent. It’s desirable because I have never felt “below average”. Perhaps if you spent your life isolated amongst idiots you would understand the severity of my desire. I am just a child still. So I clearly haven’t encountered all the intellectuals that inhabit this planet. But if I have meet thousands of people whom all have shared similar traits and ritualistic conforming beliefs, isn’t that a decent enough sample to conclude that people are idiots. Or most of them. I don’t imply superiority over those who help make the world function either. People that have pushed the world further, while I have spent the entirety of my life producing nothing that benefitted anyone on a wide scale. Of course I’m on mag, so I must elaborate as to why I concluded I will never meet another individual who functions like me (the people here on Mag are brilliant individuals who I aspire to be). E, and many other individuals have disregarded my potential, or maybe they haven’t. I acknowledge my short comings, my lack of self-administered knowledge and I can only attempt to revoke what I have previously done to erase the embarrassment. I realized I cannot become dependent on my friend or E to provide me with information or new concepts. I must develop my own ideas, and realize concepts without the addition of E or my friend to teach me anything. It’s difficult to admit, but I cannot claim intelligence when in comparison to someone such as E. Several factors have limited my ability to converse with E. I have to persevere over the challenges presented and still manage to acquire knowledge while simultaneously dealing with the bad hand I was dealt. I am aware that E knows about the human potential. Understands how to improve your current abilities. He has a method of doing so, I’m sure of it. I also understand that’s mag’s purpose is to help people realize their potential. Thus the description being “Magnificence, essence of the intellectual virtue addressing potentiality.” So I’m sure if I showed any “potential” all discouragement presented by E was just a test. I doubt that, considering that is a blatant shot in the dark, an assumption. The oh so icky concept of assumption, which can just lead to more confusion.
