Sorry about this Fex, I genuinely enjoy Crimson and everything about the guild the members the banter but not the raiding at the moment
and quite frankly I have been close to not raiding at all for weeks.

What it is boiling down to is the state of raiding.

The constant down time, Everyone thinks they are a raid leader (I myself will admit i have fell foul a couple of times but generally take this to whisper and quite frankly know what i am talking about), Regardless of your talk mate we are still in the same situation with people talking over during fights, the willingness for people to learn and adapt to mistakes are generally non exsistant in most people and its noticeable, The lack of raid preparation, simple things such as RT note, never used enough we run with the same group pretty much week in week out use the note function keep the rotations the same or groups the same for group specific fights and stop wasting more time as we wait in front of a boss.

But mainly what this comes down to is DJ, he is a nice enough guy but in a RL role i think id rather gouge my eyes out. Constantly calling people retards I mean come on is there a need for it, The need to change tactics about example he doesn't want "x or y" to parse on a fight its just stupid and time consuming literally(prime example was tonight), Listens to little to no input until it has been mentioned about 50 times (The first time we killed Desolate for example, i sent him the clearest tactics picture ever we still proceeded to wipe for x amount of tries, changed a few things to match the picture and low and behold we killed it. We very rarely pull on time, We start a ready check every ones ready and still have to carry on waiting for a pull timer, it's the little things that seem to mount up in some cases. Honestly he creates such an unemployable environment that i am surprised that we even had a raid team.

But most of all the guilds ability to make a choice for the sake of progression, Everyone wants to be a Cutting Edge guild but it would appear no one is willing to work for it, as shown in NH. By no means am I saying Crimson should be hardcore but come on surely there should be some urgency about everything we do in the small amount of raid time we actually have compared to other guilds. Little things like benching people for consistent mistake's doesn't happen it's just laughed off and on to the next wipe. Not wanting to change a set-up because we don't want to offend people. It's holding 19 other people back yet we run the same sub optimal set up week in week out and its going to get found out in mythic and will come to the point where it does in NH where mythic bosses will not come because of skill but because of out gearing.

I could go on and on mate, But the last 3-4 weeks have been some of the most un-enjoyable weeks I have ever had raiding in any guild, and I am not willing to carry on this way, especially if Improvements to anything to do with a raid environment is ready to be done
