Starchaser's Text

Starchaser's Sojourn

This spell sword is fashioned from a core of arcanium, simple but well forged and a perfect conductor for all manner of magics. A golden thread that runs down its center, imbued with no small amount of celestial power, keeps this weapon firmly aligned to powers pulled down from the heavens above; it is both soothing and empowering to those in its presence all at once.

Though its core is comprised of tell-tale green arcanium, the edge that surrounds it is crafted from star metal that keeps a keen edge beyond the ability of most run-of-the-mill, mundane metals. It even twinkles and glistens especially bright when held aloft under a clear night sky. The handle is made from a mix of orchilacum and mithril, swirled into twisting designs and patterns to delight the eyes and mimic the appearance of twisting, cascading cosmic auroras.

In the handle is nestled a blood red gem, turned just so that it rests in the center of the wielder's palm like a worry-stone. Those that rest the crystal within their hand as they hold this blade feel themselves empowered by its touch. No feat of valor is too great, no call to heroism shall go unheeded. Retreat in the face of opposition of glorious purpose is not an option.

Nestled just out of sight, at the bottom of the pommel, is a letter 'W' dyed a deep scarlet color.
