My SMART GOALS

Specific (What do you want to accomplish? Who needs to be included? When do you want to do this? Why is this a goal?):

	I want to focus on progressing as a developer and passing mod 1. It’s the most important goal that I need to achieve. I can do this by spending time working on a couple things I’m not confident in.

Measurable (How can you measure progress and know if you’ve successfully met your goal?):
I’ll know I achieved this goal by passing the mod 1 and feeling confident in my
Ability to pass mod 2.

Achievable (Do you have the skills required to achieve the goal? If not, can you obtain them? What is the motivation for this goal? Is the amount of effort required on par with what the goal will achieve?):
	I learned and have been practicing some great studying techniques mixed with some great insight in what I might done done the first time. Like mostly taking ownership of my learning earlier in the mod.

Relevant (How does this goal connect to your larger career goals?):
	It would be huge in that I want to continue my education in something that I really love. It’s also important to be able to make a career out of it.

Timebound (When do you plan to achieve this goal by? Be specific and consider how realistic your expectations are):
Well I will know in 6 weeks if my hard work has paid off. I’m really confident that I can do it. I have an amazing support system and I am very dedicated in achieving this goal.
