Terms and conditions, laws, policies, party manifestos and various other junk associated to the correct operating procedures of the IRC channel ##unravel

1) The entirety of the user base of ##unravel answers to luckybunny (and any nick grouped to that account) when it comes to channel administration and passing of new legislation. luckybunny (and any nick grouped to that account) has the power to veto any new rulings passed by the general population, though does not have the power to overturn the democracy.

	a) In the absence of luckybunny (and any nick grouped to that account), the overall presidency of ##unravel falls to QuirkyCarla (and any nick grouped to that account) and/or Aloysius (and any nick grouped to that account). The three users named here shall be known collectively as the Higher Admin Corps.

	b) In the absence of the entire Higher Admin Corps, a larger corps of ops exist, all of whom possess the jurisdiction to make decisions with their responsibilities as they see fit. Such decisions may or may not be fair and/or warranted, but none should be challenged. The Higher Admin Corps are not exempt from this.

2) The Higher Admin Corp reserve the right to veto decisions by the staff (both Higher Admin and Op Corps) among themselves to be unfair or inappropriate, as long as behaviour regarding the veto is in keeping with 1(b).

3) The Higher Admin Corp also have full rights to arrange the staff in what is deemed the most prudent way. This includes the hiring and releasing of staff members.
