No special directories, no installer required. Put on flash drive, portable drive, etc.

99% of controllers are 100% auto configuration as always. Note they operate as the real systems would :)

For best experience.. install MS Directx 9.0..

.PAR files(optional) are only required IF you need to rebuild archive (i.e. your download messed up.. but may be easier just to re-download whichever files you need!)
