  1. - 3 peppers (yellow, orange, red)
  2. - 1 onion
  3. - 2-3 cloves of garlic
  4. - 3 eggs
  5. - 16 saltine crackers
  6. - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon (maybe increase this?)
  7. - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme (maybe increase this?)
  8. - 1/2 cup ketchup
  9. - some nice mustard, not that bright yellow crap
  10. - 500g worth of ground meats (I used 250g turkey + 250g pork)
  11. - some brown sugar

  13. 1) Chop up the peppers, onion, garlic, thyme, and tarragon, and put them in a frying pan
  14. 2) Add some olive oil and fry them for a few minutes, enough to soften them up but not completely cook them
  15. 3) While that's going on, smash up the crackers in a bowl, then add your eggs and meat and mix them up well
  16. 4) Mix the stuff in the frying pan with the stuff in the bowl, then put it all in a baking dish
  17. 5) Put this in the oven at 180C (350F) for about 20 minutes
  18. 6) While that's baking, mix your ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar together
  19. 7) Take the dish out of the oven and mix it around a bit, some of the egg and fat will have coagulated so you want to spread it around a little. Then put it back into the oven for another 15 minutes or so
  20. 8) When that's done, take it out of the oven and cover the top with the ketchup/mustard/brown sugar sauce
  21. 9) Consume
