Tsubaki and Anon pt. 14

>We're back to walking towards the theater from the restaurant.
>Tsubaki is clinging to my arm with a smile on her face.
>Hard to mistake us as anything but a couple in love on a walk.
>As we're waiting to cross an intersection dig out the phone Tsubaki bought me.
>Lean over so I can check the GPS.
>"Right can't go down Herod since it's closed for construction. Guess we'll have to take a detour down Holstin avenue."
>"I-is there another way we can go?"
>Tsubaki seemed uncomfortable at my decision.
>"Something wrong with Holstin? I'll look for another route if there's something down there that bugs ya."
>Looks like she's going into panic mode.
>Give her a head pat and a smile to try and calm her down.
>"If you don't wanna talk about it that's fine, it'll just take longer to get there."
>"I just have...bad memories of that street."
>"Why's that?"
>"My old office is there...so are some other companies I worked with. I'm afraid someone might recognize me."
>Tsubaki's reason made me laugh though my laugh got a harsh look from her.
>"That's what you're afraid of? That someone who worked for you or knew you might see you walking down the street with your boyfriend?"
>"You're right Anon...I've have nothing to be ashamed of."
>"Unless I start trying to sing Ai Senshi in front of them."
>Give Tsubaki a quick hug and head pat before we continue on.
>The entire trip down Holstin was Tsubaki crushing my hand in hers.
>Despite that nothing happened, no run-ins, bump-ins or even someone overhearing her name.
>We're still early by the time we get to the theater.
>Kill time by checking out the adjoined mall.
>Most of the stores we go into sell things for the home.
>Had to talk Tsubaki out of buying something she thought I needed at one point.
>Just about to head to the theater when Tsubaki drags me to one more place.
>It's a lingerie shop by the name of 'The Silky Succubus'.
>"Tsu why are we here?"
>"Checking on an investment."
>"Here? of all places?"
>"Is there a problem with it Anon?"
>Could only respond with a head shake.
>"You could always wait out here if you want."
>"I'm going to look creepier than usual either way, might as well come inside with you."
>Inside is what you'd expect with all kinds of wear for women on display.
>Instead of browsing everything Tsubaki went to the counter.
>"Hello Sylvie."
>"Is that you Tsubaki?"
>"It's been some time hasn't it?"
>The motherly looking succubus let out a delighted squeal before running over and hugging Tsubaki.
>"I thought you went home after your company went under."
>"I...stayed behind."
>"So what brings you here Tsubaki?"
>"I'm here to introduce you to one of your newest investors."
>Tsubaki turned around pointing to me.
>"Sylvie this is Anon, I've been investing for him."
>Feel my nervous tick starting as Sylvie looks me over.
>Only managed to get out a small wave.
>"Well he's handsome I'll give him that."
>Panic as Sylvie came over to me.
>"Well then sweetie, thanks for having faith in my little company and at a time I'm ready to open up a few new stores too~."
>On the verge of bolting when Tsubaki spoke up behind her.
>"He's spoken for Sylvie, can you not try and hit on my clients for once?"
>"Oh, and whose the lucky girl?~"
>Trying my hardest not to panic as every gesture Sylvie has made so far has been rather sexual.
>Muster up a tiny bit of courage to speak.
>"Tsubaki."
>Sylvie let out another delighted squeal before turning back to Tsubaki.
>"Tsubaki you actually found someone? Good for you!"
>"Thanks, Sylvie."
>"You two have to tell me how you met~."
>"Some other time Sylvie."
>"Your no fun as usual." Sylvie grunted crossing her arms.
>Tsubaki's business like demeanor continued on as I stood watching.
>"Also, I'm going to need your quarter two report if you can."
>"Yes yes, the usual stuff I take it as well?"
>"If you could please."
>Their business talk continued on for a bit before Slyvie turned to me.
>"I hope she's not like this to you, always so dry. I told her that it drives men away."
>Try to pick my next few words carefully as to avoid any possible wrath.
>"Not really nah."
>"You're really a man of few words, no wonder you get along with Tsubaki so much.~"
>Felt pressure relieved when Tsubaki stepped in to take control of the conversation.
>"In any case Sylvie there was one other thing I'd like to ask of you."
>"And what's that?"
>"I bought something from you recently and I was hoping to get recommendations."
>"And what did you buy exactly?~"
>Tsubaki pointed towards something behind me.
>Turned around to see what I recognized.
>It was the babydoll she had worn for me before.
>End up with a full on smug look from Sylvie as she looks at me.
>"Oh?~ So how was it?~"
>"It was uh...nice."
>"No details?~ Customer feedback is important you know.~"
>Sylvie's teasing was cut short as Tsubaki once again stepped in to save the day.
>"What happens between me and my boyfriend is private business."
>"You're always so strict Tsubaki dear, well it doesn't matter you two obviously enjoyed it."
>Left Tsubaki and Sylvie to tie up their loose ends while I waited on a bench looking out at the store.
>Thankful Tsubaki came out not too long after.
>"You done Tsu?"
>"Yes, sorry about Sylvie. She's a good person but she was a pain when I had men as clients."
>"She seems like a nice friend."
>"She is, but she gets a bit too personal sometimes."
>Got up from the bench and put an arm around Tsubaki's waist.
>"She's right though, I did enjoy it." I said giving Tsubaki a quick peck on the cheek.
>Grinned like a madman as Tsubaki seemed to melt into my arms.
>"It wasn't too much?"
>"You can never have too much of a cute girl."
>"You're too sweet sometimes Anon."
>Got in one last hug before we went to get our tickets.
