1. make a folder in cstrike folder in which frames will save, make that 1. folder in srcdemo
2. make a new folder somewhere else in which final frames will be saved,2nd folder in srcdemo
3. press activate
4. do playdemo {demoname}
5. find the place you want to start the demo
6. do cl_drawhud and all that other shit
7. do host_framerate 300
8. do startmovie [name of the folder you made in cstrike]/randomname
9. while recording don't open console or anything like that, that will end the recording
10. to end the movie- endmovie in console
11. open virtualdub, file>open video file, and open first image of your recording in map #2
12. video>framerate> change framerate to (fps) and make it 60
13. video>compression and choose Lagarith Lossless codec
14. file> save as AVI
15. wait for video
16. Done.
