  2. Sabrina Marriage Routing
  3. [Updated 10 Aug 2023]
  4.
  5. ROUTE IDEAS
  6. - First two bridges built
  7. - Ship 20 minerals from mine
  8. - This means wooing could commence no earlier than roughly around Spring 20 (after second round of Turnip manip)
  9. - Best gift would be Pink Diamond
  10. > Available on floor 150 of the mine
  11. > Only reliable way to get down there would be pitfalls
  12. > Mine layout is certainly manipulable
  13. > Stamina loss from pitfalls poses a problem, but it appears to be completely random (as low as 2, as high as 25+?)
  14. > Ideally, we would find a sequence of relatively low-cost pitfalls to the 150th floor, then mine as many Pink Diamonds as possible
  15. - Assuming roughly 9000 affection from heart events (judging from Julia) and gifting all Pink Diamonds, that's 51000/800 = ~64 gifts
  16. > This would have her maxed out before Winter, meaning no Winter Thanksgiving or Starry Night
  17. > Although these festivals are less valuable if using all Pink Diamonds, they could still be worth it during the necessary fishing time-kill
  18. > If including Thanksgiving and Starry Night and assuming the same boosts as Julia, that would mean 48000/800 = exactly 60 PDs
  19. > Rather than skipping some gifting days, it would make more sense to delay initiating gifting
  20. > Her birthday is also in Winter (12), which could be taken advantage of
  21. - If delaying gifting to align with Starry Night (Winter 24), we would start gifting on or around Summer 24, but sleeping this many extra times is likely slower despite the extra gifts
  22. - Her heart events are often later in the day, giving additional opportunity to optimize fishing
  23. - Assuming we can successfully manip multiple rounds of Pink Diamond mining, it may be necessary to make an extended manip off of the Turnip manip
  24. > Need to determine the selling price of all minerals, as they could possibly be used for a good source of money too
  25. > Assuming multiple rounds would be necessary (rather than mining all ~60 in one go), it would probably make sense to mine at least 15 at a time (if possible)
  26. - Joshua, Dominic, Rob, and James are sub-villagers that appear when you reach mine floors 75, 100, 120, and 150, respectively
  27. > Fogu states for other miners (Brent, Gail, and Nima) that either the Diner or Cafe have to be open for them to arrive
  28. > It is likely better if they don't arrive, because if they are present in the mine, they will interfere with RNG advancement
  29. > This is difficult to avoid, because simply by building both bridges and progressing down the mine, we probably easily reach 10 sub-villagers, which triggers the arrival of the Diner and Cafe (this may be why the Diner/Cafe are not listed as required for Joshua, Dominic, Rob, and James, as they will inevitably already be in the town after progressing this far into the mine)
  30. > This will not matter for the first trip down to floor 150, and possibly not the second trip either, depending on how quickly the Diner/Cafe/other miners appear
  31. - Considering that Pink Diamond, as well as Alexandrite, can ship for a lot of money (apparently 10kG on average, max 30kG, according to UnoT), it may need to be worked into the money route too
  32. > If consistent, this would be a faster money route for other candidates as well
  33. > On this route, you would still need 80kG for the first two bridges (approximately 30 plots of turnips), then the remaining ~100kG would come from minerals (Pink Diamond, Alexandrite)
  34. > There are approximately 25 mineable rocks on floor 150 (probably same on floor 125; to check); could a manip be found where most of them produce a Pink Diamond?
  35. > A rank B Pink Diamond shipped for 23300G; this means that even if you can't get enough to gift, a manip of only 5 would get the remaining required money
  36. > Gift gems could be collected on the way down to floor 125/150, which would also work for Julia as well (+500 for Diamond)

  38. MINING TESTING
  39. - Floor layout does not appear to be set in stone upon entering; it can be changed with S+Q
  40. - Pitfall stamina loss doesn't seem to be within a range; so far losses have all been 2, 9, 21, 38, or 60 (only once), and not necessarily proportional to the distance fallen
  41. - It does appear to follow a set pattern: 1 floor: -2; 2 floors: -9; 3 floors: -21; 4 floors: -38; 5 floors: -60
  42. - Alexandrite appears to sell for anywhere from 22300G to 22650G (average 23487G; all rank B)

  44.
  45. TO TEST
  46. - When do the various miners show up after reaching the respective mine subfloors?
  47. - If a miner is present, can we simply perform a manip for the desired layout?
  48. - It is possible that even if the location of a pitfall is set, the state of the RNG affects how far you fall/how much stamina lost, which a miner could interfere with (even if the manip could guarantee the location of the pitfall)
  49. - Even if all the layouts can be guaranteed, is the stamina lost from a pitfall also always consistent?
  50. - How many Pink Diamonds (and/or Alexandrites) can realistically be manipped on a single floor?
  51. - What can be gained from winning the Summer 15 Mining Festival?
  52. - Rock locations are set as soon as you land on a given floor, so if S+Q can change the location of pitfalls, can it also change the contents of the already-set rocks?
  53. - Is pitfall stamina loss really random?
