  1. My celebration of new years eve was very uneventful. I stayed at our house all day, lying in my bed. But, this is our typical celebration of Holidays. We are the type of people who love to stay indoors all the time.
  2.
  3. On top of that, i was feeling very sick so i don't really have energy to celebrate. The day before the new years eve, i felg dizzy whenever i stand up from lying in my bed. And the dizziness gets much worse as the time went on. That's why for the whole day i am only lying in my bed. I was feeling kind of sad because i am planning to put up a little party. It is to celebrate the end of the decade with my sister and niece but I didn't really have the energy to do so.

  5. 10 minutes before the clock hits 12'0 clock, my niece forced me to stand up from bed. Then, i mustered up the energy that was left of me and decided to stand up. My surroundings were very noisy at that point, as fireworks lit up the sky and my mother was clanging up our metal pans. Feeling the spirit, i decided to join too and produced noise that is said to drive away bad luck. My sister then played some upbeat songs in our mini speaker. Finally, the clock hits 12 and we greet each other "Happy New Year!". My oldest niece then persuade me to join them as they lit " lucis". After all of that, I went back to our house and eat Media Noche with my family.

  7. Looking back, 2019 was a better year for me. 2018 was the lowest point of my life. I experienced anxiety and my depression was on its peak. I feel so empty really lost on what i should do with life. However, 2019 really opened up my eyes on different aspects of my life I've never thought of deeply. I learned to use public transportation on my own, becoming more independent in the process. I've seen people that have a situation much worse than mine and that i should be grateful with what i have. As the new decade emerges, i hope that 2020 will be my best year yet.
