Hey, if its easier you can make the .exe a simple cmd popup that just has commands that I can run to do stuff.

Ex: I click the .exe and the cmd pop's up, It says "Report Bot, type !help for help." I type !help

Command List:
!report (!report Steam64ID) - Report's a player with 11 report's to get them an Overwatch Ban.
!help (!help) - Command List.
!chatreport (!chatreport ON) (!chatreport OFF) - When sending a report, if on it will say "Report sent to (Player Name), Report ID: (123456789), Report Number: (X/11). If off, it does not chat anything when sending the report.
!accountlist (!accountlist) - List's accounts in the system (Steam Name).(edited)
And when sending a report in the console I want it to say:
