  1. Just listened to CR 265 and I know you said you want to exercise but it just doesn't seem to be in the cards right now, but I just want to say depending on where your RSI originates that may be the only solution. I struggled with constant RSI for over a year, trying all kinds of positions and perepherals to releive it, but my pain was originating in my shoulders and upper arms and the only thing that finally worked was physical therapy. If it fits into your life I highly recommend finding a good physical therapist to diagnose where your pain originates from and what you can do to strengthen those areas, but at the very least I'd recommend getting started on some up body exercises yourself - it may be the only thing that works!
