..⃗. PERSONALITY ―
Jinsun usually comes off as a pretty guarded and cold person. He’s built up that front because he usually gets judged because of being a teen dad. He’s figured that if he acts like he doesn’t care about people’s opinions then he won’t for real. Though, that’s not really the case, Jinsun cares a lot about what others think of him and is worried constantly. On top of that, the responsibilities of being a young dad really weigh down on him and cause him extra stress, making him almost constantly exhausted. Because of that, he can tend to have a shorter temper with people, and may snap when he really doesn’t mean too. Although, he always apologizes later, explaining to said person that he really didn’t mean it. He truly is a soft person on the inside just his guard and over-exhaustion get in the way of most people seeing that. He cares for everyone around him — best exhibited through the sweet and gentle nature he cares for his son.

..⃗. BACKGROUND ― Moon Jinsun was born on January 1st, 2001 to a wealthy family while on their annual Christmas trip to Paris, France. Due to his father being a politician and his mother being a CEO of a big fashion company, he was raised by his nanny more than his parents and almost never saw them. It had almost seemed like they wanted to work more than see him, so he grew up with that mindset. He was very close to his grandmother on his mother’s side, Hyerin, who visited him regularly. Due to him being basically neglected by his parents, he started rebelling when he got older. He decided to join an entertainment company when he was fifteen, to peruse being an idol. His parents were furious and told him he had three strikes and that that was strike one. Knowing that finally gained him attention, he started doing more things to gain their attention. Strike two was when he started going to parties. That had led him to meet and start hooking up with a girl named Eunchae, the daughter of his mother’s rival company’s CEO. One night when they both were drunk at a party, Jinsun ended up getting her pregnant. That was strike three to his parents, when it went viral on sns and he was kicked out of the house and went to live with his loving grandmother. He had gotten in pretty big trouble with his company when the word got out, but he begged for forgiveness. For the duration of the pregnancy Jinsun and Eunchae started fighting a lot, mostly about the fact that Eunchae wanted to give up their child for adoption. After the birth of their son, Jaewon (bday = april 3rd) , she passed him off to Jinsun and moved to America with her aunt, cutting off all ties with Jinsun. After Jaewon was born, Jinsun immediately cleaned up his act, only focusing on taking care of his son, training, and his studies.

* Jinsun at first didn’t really know what to think of someone that was a gambler, and had mixed feelings toward him at first.

* as someone who appreciates art, Jinsun got along admired CAT’S WALTZ’s graffiti and had respect for the older boy.

* Jinsun didn’t have much of a first impression of 86400, he thought that the other would judge him for being a teen parent, but was surprised when he didn’t.
FIFTY FIFTY
* He knew that FIFTY FIFTY judged him for having been “rich” , so at first he felt as if the boy hated his guts.
INCOMPLETE
* He first met INCOMPLETE when he caught him coming into the practice rooms drunk. His first impression was that he felt sorry for him and he related to the other because he used to get drunk as well.
HAPPILY NEVER AFTER
* Jinsun thought that he didn’t like him due to HAPPILY NEVER AFTER being not as social as the other members.
FLY ME TO THE MOON
* He had heard rumors of the younger boy being a bully and he didn’t really know what to make of the boy, wanting to get to know him better to figure out why he would do such things.
ICE & FIRE
* When Jinsun first saw ICE & FIRE he found him in the middle of an anger outburst and was caught off guard. He was a little scared of the young boy with a lot of anger.

ORIGINAL
* Jinsun is fairly close with ORIGINAL and really respects him as a leader. He wishes he could help with ORIGINAL’s gambling problem, but he doesn’t know how to help.
CAT’S WALTZ
* They get along really well still. On special occasions (birthdays, holidays, etc.) Jinsun will but CAT’S WALTZ art supplies. Jinsun asks the boy for art tips sometimes because he’s not confident in his own art.

* As roommates now they get along very well. Jinsun considers him the one he gets along with most in the group. (more in “BEST FRIEND” category)
FIFTY FIFTY
* After Jinsun explained his situation to FIFTY FIFTY and they got to know each other better, they got along. Jinsun still isn’t completely close to him, but he enjoys his company.
INCOMPLETE
* He gets along well with INCOMPLETE, and still feels bad that the boy chose to resort to drinking and hasn’t given it up. He tries to be a shoulder for the boy to lean on when he can.
HAPPILY NEVER AFTER
* They get along okay, but he respects HAPPILY NEVER AFTER’s boundaries and that he’s not that social. Jinsun is still always open to the other and made it clear that he’s there if the boy ever needs him.
FLY ME TO THE MOON
* they both had pasts where they did some very wrong things and are now regretful and are big softies. He gets along pretty well with FLY ME TO THE MOON and he is one of the members that Jinsun gets along well with the most.
ICE & FIRE
* Now that he got to know him better, Jinsun isn’t too scared of him anymore. He can relate with ICE & FIRE because Jinsun looses his temper easily sometimes. He doesn’t hang out with him much, but he knows how to handle the boy’s anger.

“ 86400 ” — he was the first one to looked past the stigma of Jinsun having a son and they became close after that. Jinsun had “86400”’s back when the news of the sexual assault came out and listened to the whole story. Jinsun basically trusts him with his life.

hi :) ! i hope you’re doing well!! i’m so sorry that i took so long filling out the form, but i hope you like the character! i just want to say that i’m rlly sorry about not using the suggested fc’s ,(i actually was considering using jihoon) but once i started developing the character i chose a fc and backup fc that i thought fit the personality of the character. but, if you choose to not pick my character , i get it , and i hope this applyfic goes really well !!
