--I can change the TOS at any time, with or without your notice, it will still apply to everyone that has bought.

[Refunds]

--Refunds will not be distributed unless proper proof is given.
--I am not responsible if the card expires, you will not get a refund.
--If this card does not work with PayPal, it is because of where you live. I will not issue refunds for this happening.
--These are Russian cards, if they are "Declined by bank" or it won't work, refunds won't be given.
—REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN WITH THE EXCUSE OF “I didn’t read the TOS!”
If websites start blocking these types of cards, refunds will not be given.

--I am not responsible for anything illegal you do with this card. You agree by purchasing that all legal charges that happen due to something you do on this card will go to you.
—It may take up to 24 hours for the card to become valid.
--After receiving the card, help will not be given. This is a Russian card, so you'll need to use a Russian VPN, which will NOT be provided. A VPN may not work, but there are ways to do it.
--All cards last one year.
*Edit : (Summary) I supply the card credentials, and I don't give assistance on figuring out how to use it. All I do is supply the card. Refunds will not be given because you can't figure out how to use it. If there are errors with the card, it's because it knows you aren't in Russia(use a VPN). Basically these are only usable in Russia, so trick the system. Enjoy the product, and good luck!!
