when a player types !info this menu shows up

2, Join us
3, Buy Admin
4, Website
5, Steam Group



number 1, 2 and 3 is just where poeple can read stuff, it would be nice if the server owner could edit it in a cfg file so its not hard coded. 4 and 5 opens a website and a steam group page in motd or steam brower.. and a command !reloadinfo that reload the plugin so if the server owner or a admin changed the cfg files they could reload it so it would be updated.
