°background; sena was born and raised in busan, south korea. she was very active as a kid and did a ton of sports (that she eventually dropped). after she saw hong jin young on tv one day, she decided she wanted to give singing a try. her parents were reluctant to sign her up for singing lessons due to the fact that sena had trouble focusing, but finally relented after an extended period of time due to her begging. luckily for them, sena stuck with singing and had quite the affinity for it. when she heard that sm entertainment was having auditions, she immediately tried out. after a short while, she was accepted. her parents were thrilled for her.

°personality; sena is the definition of sass. sarcastic and witty, she has no problem telling the truth even if it's ugly. she says whatever she wants, whenever she wants. fiercely protective of her members, she will tell you off if you say anything rude about them. she is also very mischievous. she loves to mess with her members, especially her fellow main vocalists. sena is rarely ever serious and is always cracking a joke. she is the main source of laughter in the group. she is totally shameless and has no problem giving up her image for the sake of comedy. sena hates silence and will ramble about nothing if she has to. she has a lack of ability to do aegyo and her fellow members will actually do things for her to get her to stop, which she uses to her advantage. she also can't stand when her other members do aegyo and will resort to physical violence. whenever she gets mad, which is extremely rare, it's like you took a trip to antarctica. she is very, very cold and everything she says is dripping with sarcasm. she has no problem using her renowned comebacks against you. sena is one of the weaker dancers and doesn't pick up choreography as fast as the others. she claims she can rap, but just says gibberish really fast. her members often joke that sena has nothing but her voice, which she agrees with. she eats, by far, the most out of the group and is very grateful for her fast metabolism. occasionally, she gets a little self-conscious of her body and skips meals.

°first meeting and first impressions of each other; since sena was struggling so much with choreography, her dance teacher decided to enlist the help of yixing. when he came in, the first thing he saw was sena just lying in the middle of the practice room on her back, arms and legs out like a starfish. trying to fight back a grin and stay professional, he simply walked up to her and asked her if she was ready to start. sena, on the verge of falling asleep, was not expecting anyone to walk in and was extremely surprised. feeling totally humiliated, she quickly got up. yixing didn't really think much of it since he thought it was really amusing, but sena was very embarrassed.

°how she acts around him; she loves to bully him. once she got over her initial embarrassment, she realized that he was just a smol child that needed to be protected which made her want to mess with him. she finds his blankness to be really cute. despite her being younger than him, she is usually the one taking care of him. she doesn't even acknowledge the fact that he is older than her and even has tried to make him call her noona. she calls him names like "my baby" or "kid." although she would never tell him this, sena sees how genuine and hardworking he is and cares very deeply for him. she gets very angry with him when he pushes himself too far and gets injured.

°how he acts around her; yixing lets sena do whatever she wants. he isn't really bothered by her teasing and kind of just takes it. however, he occasionally does say something witty back. whenever they are together, it's usually just sena talking. he likes to listen to her ramble. he finds it intriguing how a human could possibly that terrible at dancing, but he thinks it's cute. even though he lets her treat him like a kid, he is looking out for her more than she realizes. whether it be casually pulling her closer so she doesn't run into a pole while she isn't paying attention or slowing down when he walks for her since sena's legs are way shorter than his.
