  1. 4 large eggs
  2. 1/3rd cup of sugar +1tablespoon
  3. 1pint whole milk
  4. 1cup heavy cream
  5. 3floz of spirits
  6. nutmeg
  7.  
  8. separate eggs and beat yolks with 1/3 cup sugar until it lightens in color (you can beat them more if you want more air in the nog)
  9. add milk, cream, spirits and nutmeg to yolks and mix or fold if you want to keep more air
  10. beat egg whites until you get soft peaks then add sugar and beat until stiff peaks
  11. fold the two egg mixtures together then chill and serve
  12. this is pretty much just the alton brown style iirc
  13. you can temper the eggs and such if you don't want raw
  14. I just buy better eggs and go raw
  15. I like bourbon or brandy as the spirits but rum is good too
  16. you can take like 1/3rd of the milk and replace with canned pumpkin and throw in more spices if you into that pumpkin spice shit
  17. always a hit with the milfs
