Augment Chaos Twice
This is 100% going to be "unaffected by desecrated"
and "+2 chaos gems"
2 Ex each (4 Ex total)

Step. 6

Craft "suffixes cannot be changed"
2 Ex

Step. 7

Maven Orb
50-50 of getting Unaffected by Poison or other trash
4.5-5 Ex (avg 2 tries so ~10Ex) (+2 Ex for Chaos aug on the 50-50 fail)
